As is the case with all NCBR coin purchases, NCBR stands behind its coin
prices. Any customer should contact our customer service Sales Manager prior to
filing a complaint wherein customer concerns may be resolved immediately

have agreed upon on returning some of the purchased coins and along with a full refund on the returned coins. Customer is to return the coins to NCBR wherein the coins will be verified and refund processed.

fine. My only wish was that I could have ordered twenty (20) of them to keep in a tube which is easier to store.  Therefore this complaint is not a complaint at all but premature before delivery promised date.

[redacted] RESPONSE This customer states and believes he did not receive his coin. NCBR did include his coin  in a package that included an investor kit box. Customer could not find his coin. NCBR sent customer copies of photographs showing coin was included as well as a video of the packing. Customer maintained he did not receive  the coin in spite of the video After a though investigation and dealing with the customer a decision was made to resend the coin as customer goodwill. Sent: Friday, October 21, 2016 12:24 PM NCBR has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and made arrangements for the return of the coin(s) and issued a full refund on October 20, 2016. Customer was happy with this arrangement.
