I was pleased with how quick and efficient things went. [redacted] called me an hour ahead of time to tell me that he might be a few minutes late and gave me a window. He arrived right within that window. He told me a few add on's that I could purchase. Normally I'd purchase add on's becuase I am easily sold, today I was on a budget. He said, no worries, I'll get to work! He did a great job shampooing the carpet and I appriciated how nice it looked and felt. I was suprised that without any add on's that it would look great. He must know what he's doing! Great work in a good time frame. The job took 1 hour and 15 min for 4 large rooms (All during my twins' nap time!). Whoo Hoo! It took 2 hours to dry so we headed out to the park afterward. He was right, it looks good and it's dry!

The staff were quite courteous and the job they did was wonderful. My carpets were in very bad shape and they made the entire home look brand new. Thank you Sunshine Carpet Cleaning and I will be happy to refer all my friends to your service.

I hired Sunshine to clean my carpets prior to moving out. They did an excellent and thorough job all in a timely fashion. The price was fair as well, considering I needed the carpets cleaned on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. I would recommend Sunshine highly.

[redacted] is friendly and assured us he was "the best" carpet cleaner we could get. Unfortunately he did not spot clean the carpet. When I pointed out several spots left after cleaning he told me he couldn't get them out. Unfortunately I had to have sudden surgery and was unable to work on the spots myself until just before Christmas. I used [redacted], and all spots came out and have not returned. Based on that alone, I would not use this carpet cleaning service again. I also feel that the wear area of the carpet did not come as clean as it had from previous cleaners.

At 10 am on a Sunday I was calling around to find a carpet cleaner to come clean 3 bedrooms and 2 mattresses at my house. He was the only person available to come do the job the same day, on a Sunday. Pricing was fair, especially considering the condition of the carpets(dirty!!) He did a pretty good job, and was very friendly. I would recommend him.

unbeleivable first of all , I called early morning sorry we have death in the family am runing behind , is that okey  she answer no proplem, second of all why you sighned the contract with satsfaction , third all could   same price every 6 months satisfied with the work did for you that...

day 2 houses , why you ask me to put you doun every six month every house I do  guarantee satisfaction , before I start doing Any job  few thigs no guarantee pet stain and cool aid and rust or bleach , mrs . [redacted] when Ileft you were very happy you have no complain I have copy of the contract , I did try to go back next day you respond no no , I talled you give me a chance to go back please , is that why you try stop payment , I can,t beleive it , am afamily owned business , shame on you.

Review: I called Sunshine Carpet and had a difficult time understanding the owner on the phone` I scheduled and was told someone would call me back which never happened. Day before service was to be scheduled I called to make sure they would be coming. Answer was yes. Day of Service he was TWO HOURS late and I was told two people would arrive and only one did. He immediately UP SALE me and talked down on other companies and I felt horrible pressure and just wanted it over with. Against my gut I allowed him to clean my carpet. The job was BELOW poor. It was awful. My carpet was still wet and I mean VERY WET , as well as dirty and the next morning and unit smelled. The unit did not smell prior. the smell was because the carpet was so wet... He never backstroked it to remove the water which would leave the carpet to stain and mold. My carpet is of very high grade and has been cleaned before. So I immediately called him and he was rude and un accommodating. I then called my bank to stop payment and they informed me that he cashed the check at the bank after leaving my house. After. I called [redacted] CARPET and explained the situation and they promptly came out. So I PAID to have my carpet cleaned AGAIN and it was a drastic difference. I gave photos from BOTH COMPANIES. I texted SUNSHINE the photos of his job and then the [redacted] Job and he has only responded that I had Koolaid on my carpet and he doesn't get that out. I HAVE NEVER EVER had KOOLAID or PUNCH in my house ever. It was Traffic stains and pet body oil stains in two areas that the dog laid in. I asked him for $100 back as that is what I paid the SECOND cleaned and he has not responded if he would be doing that. Total Cleaning was $160 for my Condo. I would NEVER use Sunshine again On the Flip I LOVED the professional people and work from [redacted] and will be writing a positive review on their behalf.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I have photos of the job from BOTH companies
