I have contacted the company several times by email and phone yet not response since that voice mailI would like this company to make good and replace my sauna!! On March [redacted] the company called me and left a message that my sauna would be replaced by the first week in April, yet this matter has not been resolved!! Review: We purchased a steam shower/whirlpool tub and the instructions included were incomplete as far as use of the unit. We made several phone calls to the company for assistance and were provided with little help but when the problem seemed to be with the actual item purchased being defective we were told a replacement part would be shipped several months ago at no charge. After several unanswered phone calls regarding this part, we felt we had no other option but to contact you for help.Desired Settlement: Comprehensive instructions on how to use the unit and the replacement part for the tub controls

Review: Bought shower in 2008 with a 10 year warranty. Shower's steam unit stop working October 2012. Contact Aquajet, and parts were sent Feb 2013, but parts were no good and did not work. Call again and spoke to [redacted] who said he send new parts from warehouse which he never did. Now he doesn't return calls or answer the phone.Desired Settlement: To have a new steam unit and controller.

Review: On 3-**-14, I purchased a half sauna from Sunshine Sauna at the Central Kentucky Home and Garden Show for $1590. I was verbally told by the saleswoman [redacted] that there had been no complaints about the product, that there was a 5 year warranty and if it broke down, they would mail a new part with instructions to me. Salesman [redacted] said it was taken new out of the box for the show and later emailed me 7-**-14 that all half saunas were brand new for show. I took item home 3-**-14 and used it daily. It stopped working 4-**-14. 5-**-14 Temperature controller received in package without instructions or padding. 5-**-14, email on how to install part received. 7-*-14 I installed part after lengthy illness. Old temperature control wires were fried and green colored, wires crumbling. Noted manufactured date was written over with black marker 2013-10. 7-*-14 Half sauna stopped working. 7-**-14 New temperature controller package received, padded. 8-*-14 Tried to install new part, temperature control box is only 4 1/2 inches long, need wire to be longer with clip attached as in previous box sent. Not able to install this part. The half sauna worked for 19 days from 3-*- to 4-**, and 4 days from 7-3 to 7-6. This $1590 item has only worked for 23 days. I used it maximally 90 minutes in am and 90 minutes before bed if I had time. I usually used it 45-60 minutes in am and 60 minutes before bed. My son rarely used it and only 30 minutes each time. My husband used it 2 times and only for 30 minutes each time. I did not misuse product. There is a 5 year warranty on electrical parts and a 12 month warranty on non electrical parts. The sales order states that "all sales are final and goods cannot be returned." I did check into the possibility of sending it back, but it weighs 100 lbs. I would have to hire a carpenter to build a wooden box to ship it back in. I also saw that shipping charged for half saunas offered by Internet companies was $500.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund on this half sauna which is currently in dispute between me, my credit card company and the merchant. I want all my money back. If the merchant wants the item, they are free to pick it up at my residence at their expense within a year of my purchasing it, by 3-**-15. I don't want it taking up space in my home seeing that the half sauna remains broken.

Review: We need to replace shower door, and we have a ten year warranty. When calling on phone you can't leave a message because message box is full, and trying to contact them by there email address it comes back undeliverable. Our Unit is not usable without the replacement door. It is also very expensive to replace this door and we want to use our warranty.Desired Settlement: Need a stationary 1 piece glass 5.1 arched fixed glass door for model [redacted].

Review: We purchased a shower from Aqua Steam Showers, Inc.. It was delivered to our home. We were told the ease of putting the shower together only to find that it contained only 10 poorly drawn pictures with no written instructions.We tried accessing Aqua Steam Showers, Inc. web site for better instructions only to find a poorly done video for a shower that was not even close to the model we purchased. After numerous attempts to reach them by phone and numerous e-mails to obtain better written or verbal directions. No one has contacted us. We paid over $2600.00 for this shower and are unable to finish constructing this 3 months later. We are extremely sorry we made this purchase.Desired Settlement: We would like to have Aqua Steam Showers, Inc. come to our home and complete the installation or come and pick up their shower giving us a full refund.

Review: The Aquajet shower model AJ 9001-A was purchased at The Big E in [redacted] on 9/**/07. From the start of installation there were issues. We needed to pay a plumber to install the shower where all the internal components were backwards. We contacted the company regarding this and there was nothing they could do.

We are 7 years into a 10 year warranty "if any part of the aquajet shower fails in the first 10 years from normal use from the date of delivery we will provide a replacement part free of charge."

(not included are caulking,washers,hand held shower and pipes,foot massager pipes,glass shelves, and door handles) We've had issues with the door handles and door wheels, even the shower handle has detached from corrosion but the main issue I am complaining about is the fact that the actual power handle (and mixing valve) that directs the water to either the jets,hand held,foot massager, tub or shower has become stripped/broken and will no longer turn to any setting except the shower. This is a hard component of the unit that is only capable of normal use which is no longer functional.

The web address and email provided in our warranty is no longer valid, the phone number is the same as the fax number therefore no one answers and the cell number we have is not accepting messages due to a full mailbox. We spent thousands on this unit and we are entitled to a free replacement unit but cannot get in touch with the business. We do not have a specific persons name and since all other communications for this business appear to be null and void we have not sent any certified letters.Desired Settlement: I doubt the power hande/mixing valve can be sent as a replacement part but if it could be we would expect this to be installed by this company free of charge. If there is no way to replace this part, we would require a new unit be installed free of charge as part of the 10 yr warranty.

Review: unable to use remote control to unit as no English manual unit chrome is rusting valves for water controls are not working no manual to explain how to install or how to use the unit... no manual to explain how to clean the unit properly after 9 months of trying to get the company to answer calls and send proper equipment and to advise how to install or work unit ...the company does not respond...therefore in 3 month the warranty will expire and I will be stuck with a piece of equipment that is made of poor quality with no customer support or validating or honoring their contract of warrantyDesired Settlement: I would like them to take back their product with full refund as they have not honored their warranty contract ... I am afraid based on previous reviews I have read that they will not return call and properly address the issues until it's too late and the warranty has expired .... the product is of very poor quality... it took 6 months and several thousand dollars to have it installed as at purchase time the individual that sold the product was very misleading... it was delivered and then never was able to contact the company...multiple message left over 9 months and no return calls
