Review: We purchased Aquajet 9011 in late 2010 after after seeing them at a local home show for our daugther who has [redacted] and frequent [redacted]. We were told that it would be a fairly simple set up for our plumber, that ended up being a complete lie. The guys dropped off the shower with a CD with no information and simply left. They had promised a 10 year warranty, but since then it's been impossible to get a hold of anyone to respond to service issues. Our shower has since stopped working and we keep attempting to call them to have someone fix it or otherwise address the issue, the voicemail of any registered phone number we can find is either full or the number disconnected. This company is a complete sham and we would have been better off never purchasing anything from them. The shower was expensive and an utter mess.Desired Settlement: We would like aquajet to fulfill their guaranteed warranty and service the shower as it is not functioning.

Review: I bought a sauna from this company at the Ere County Fair in Aug. of 2013. I was to be delivered Oct. 2013, it was not delivered until late Nov. of 2013. On Jan. **,2014 the sauna while it powered up did not heat up anymore. I have called several times both the ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### several times over the past month and sent emails and have had no response to my calls or emails. This sauna cost me $1500.00. I want this company to be reported and I would like a response to the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like a response and this item replaced.

I did receive a call back from Sunshine Saunas, [redacted] left a message that he did have my info and would be in delivering me a replacement sauna within 5 wks as they were out of stock at the moment. I have emailed twice to respond to his call and have not gotten confirmation of new delivery. I expect a response and delivery by end of [redacted] in April or I will be contacting you again with this complaint. Thank you so much for your services.

On March [redacted] the company called me and left a message that my sauna would be replaced by the first week in April, yet this matter has not been resolved!! I have contacted the company several times by email and phone yet not response since that voice mail. I would like this company to make good and replace my sauna!!

Review: I visited the BIG E in S[redacted] on September **, 2013. I bought 2 Airmax Pillows from a vendor there. Before I bought them, the gentleman told me it was 30 day money back guarantee "and that's why our phone number is on the box". I brought the product home and tried it for a week. I have tried calling and finding a phone number to reach this business to return the product and the numbers listed are all non-working numbers. V & M Imports [redacted] is printed on the box and have ###-###-#### as their phone/fax # but this number does not work. I believe this business to have scammed a TON of people who attended the BIG E. I have no way of returning these pillows as the gentleman said I could. I thought nothing of it since the phone# is on the box and the address and phone number is on the credit receipt. I have searched and searched for a different means to reach this business and it appears it's some sort of Trucking Company. Also, read this business was originally registered as V Imports. I also found this # ###-###-#### for them but again a non working number.Desired Settlement: I paid $63.00 for two pillows and was promised that I could return the pillows within 30 days if I did not like them. I would like my refund as promised.

Review: I purchased a 3000.00 dollar shower unit. The assembly directions were very very vague. My contractor is having a awfull time getting this shower installed. There were many missing fastners, pieces didn't lign up, there is no plumbing diagram and the list goes on. I have called the company many times and can not even leave a message (mail box fill). I e-mailed then 4 times and have not heard from them. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and we cannot get this shower working properley.Desired Settlement: I would love for them to email me proper directions for installiation. Would be great if they had a installer that could do this job for me. Call me and talk me through the procedure.
