For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] Several months ago I filed a complaint with Suntrust in regards to harassing phone calls I receive from their mortgage department on a consistent basisMy mortgage is current but yet I receive letters and phone calls with their attempt collect a debt with the threaten of foreclosureI have spoken to different people who claim they have resolved this issue and yet I am getting contactedTHIS HAS TO STOP!I work from home a lot and for my phone to consistently ring for NO REASON at allI am starting to feel as if my first complaint is causing them to retaliate against meFor me to get calls with a recording saying they need documentation to stop foreclosure on my home and for representatives to ask me if I want keep my home is beyond wrongI have done research on complaints against Suntrust and it appears this is something that they doI am contacting you all again as well as the Federal Trade Commission to get this matter resolvedFor me to be consistently harassed over a non issue is beyond aggravating and uncalled forI never asked for assistance from them, yet they say I didThe word frustrated is an understatement to how I am feeling.? For Suntrust to stop with the uncalled for threats and for them to stop calling me periodGet my account records straight and remove me from the so called automated system that is calling me

Horrible customer service on physician home loansThey preapprove every doc to try to capture their business, then deny them at last minute if they are on an income guarantee for one year and/or have any open malpractice suits against them, even if the doc is insuredThey do not tell you upfront their underwriters will not give final approval to a doctor loan if you have any open medical malpractice suits against you and/or are on an income guarantee of only one yearThey are unreasonable, wAste your time asking for explanations, and preapprove you without looking at your contract (my broker had my employment contract for over a month before he told me my one year income guarantee was too risky)DO NOT APPLY for a doctor loan with SuntrustThey may at the last minute not approve it, even if you have been preapproved to make a bid and even if you have provided them with your employment contract a month ahead of timeAccording to John the broker and Lakiesha the servicer, they will not provide any physician loans to docs named in suits, because, according to them, your medical license may be revokedAny doctor reading this knows this is not how it worksIf you want a physician loan, go to a company that has experience and understands how doctor employment contracts work and understands that malpractice cases rarely put doctors at any financial risks of they have malpractice insuranceI found another loan with a small local reputable bank for similar terms, although not as good an interest rate in hoursThankfully I had visited this banker in person before trying to get a mortgage with Suntrust

For record's sake, we called and spoke with Suntrust today (11/14) and it is my understanding that the issue is "in process" of being resolved at this timeToday was the first time that we spoke with someone at Suntrust who was able to clearly articulate the problem to us so that we can actually resolve the issue(Our previous calls with all the previous reps offered solutions that cost us more time & energy; however, did not correct the problem.) We are now waiting on Suntrust's emergency response team to contact us so that we can further discuss getting our credit score corrected in light of all the miscommunication.? Had the problem been adequately described to us on 11/8, it could have been resolved before it affected our credit report on 11/10.?

Someone with a credit score, who has never made a late payment in my life! And because I choose to do my own taxes and write off everything that I am legally and entitled to, I no longer qualify for a loan?
