05/05/Ms*** SHOULD REAR AGAIN what we answer because she is turning everything aroundWe never state that “Ms*** says it was ok”We state that if the pump was replace it was ok with us to pay back after what had we request (*** invoice and *** hourly rate)Like in the beginning we provided *** receipts of every single time that we replace the pump, so there is always a receipt even if it is under warranty no matter who replace itWe are very sure that *** *** will cooperate with Ms*** on providing what we ask for so we can pay her the money that she is requestingShe paid us $of labor that from the beginning we were willing to give it back right awayIt is very clear that it takes PER HOUR of labor to replace the pump so there is no way we overcharged Ms *** because you need to multiple hourly rate times (dealer hourly labor $110.00, so 110x1.8=$198.00)

The general manager contacting me and went above and beyond to fix the situationWhen he called me, the level of professionalism was top notch

Ms *** says it was replaced, ok We are requesting a copy of *** invoice and
also *** hour labor rate because it takes hour to replace the pump and
any Dealership will charge $per hour so why did the other shop charge to
much to just replace it then? The invoice that she provided it also has a diagnose for lighting
system problems that was done on that day, so we have to pay for that too?

We took the truck in and a week later, we got a call that the repairs required for the check engine light have been completed (replacement of the timing belt).? I picked up the truck October 15th and was not charged or asked to pay an additional fee.-*** ***###-###-####?
