and claimed she did not know about sales tax! Customer reversed charges on whole bill including rental of machine. Customer used six hours according to meter

I stand by my first statement. I did not reverse all the charges as they claim. That is another lie. I only reversed the charges I was not told about. $138.81 for the pickup and delivery. I paid fully the rest.
Did they provide you with a copy of contract with my signature showing total charges? No they did not because they don't have one.

Ms [redacted] says it was replaced, ok.  We are requesting a copy of [redacted] invoice and
also [redacted] hour labor rate because it takes 1.8 hour to replace the pump and
any Dealership will charge $110.00 per hour so why did the other shop charge to
much to just replace it then? The invoice that she provided it also has a diagnose for lighting
system problems that was done on that day, so we have to pay for that too?

[redacted] ON NOV 16 2016 IN EMAIL COMPLAINT ID [redacted]. WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU MORE DETAIL SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND VERY CLEARLY ON BOTH SIDES BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND OUR SHOP.      ON NOVEMBER 11 2016 CUSTOMER CAME TO OUR SHOP IN A 2001 FORD EXPLORER SAYING SHE HAS A COOLANT LEAK BAD ON THE FRONT AND COOLANT IS ALMOST EMPTY IN THE RADIATOR, AND THE VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING GOOD.  AFTER WE REMOVE THE INTAKE PLENUM GASKET AND REPLACE NEW THERMOSTAT HOUSING ASSEMBLY, NEW COOLANT ,NEW INTAKE PLENUM GASKETS.VEHICLE RUNS BETTER AND NO COOLANT IS LEAKING , ALSO WE RECHECK OVER AND WE FIND OUT THERE IS SOME ELECTRICAL PROBLEM INSIDE THE DASH AREA, AND IS A GOOD REASON WHY THE VEHICLES HEATER IS NOT WORKING . WE REQUEST TO THE CUSTOMER TO PAY, AND CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP TO REMOVE THE DASH OUT TO CHECK THE HEATER PROBLEM, BUT CUSTOMER SAID SHE WOULD LIKE TO WAIT.   DURING THE TIME WE WERE WORKING ON CUSTOMER VEHICLE WE PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER WITH OUR COMPANY VEHICLE TO BORROW FOR 2 DAYS WITH NO COST.    ON NOVEMBER 14 2016 CUSTOMER CAME BACK, AND CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HEATER NOT WORKING AND ALSO FRONT VEHICLE IS LEAKING FLUIDS. WE EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM INSIDE THE DASH BUT WANTED TO WAIT A FEW DAYS AGO.  ALSO WE SHOWED CUSTOMER THE POWER STEERING FLUIDS ARE LEAKING BUT ALSO MENTIONED TO CUSTOMER THAT THE COOLANT WE FIXED BEFORE IS CLEAN, AND NO LEAKING .  DEAR SIR MADAM,WITH THE VEHICLE IS 15 YEARS OLD AND 140,000 MILES SOMETHINGS ARE GOING TO BREAK AND LEAK, AND ON SOME VEHICLES THERE IS CONSISTENT SERVICE AND ALL WE CAN DO IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO GET DONE AT THE TIME .   OUR SHOP HAS OVER 3,000 CUSTOMERS, WERE ALWAYS WORKING HARD, HONOR , FRIENDLY , FAST, AND FAIR.                                TRULY IN LOVE WITH JESUS                                          SUPER 6 TOKYO AUTO SERVICE INC.                                           QUAN, BINH, CANH, HANH...N[redacted]CUSTOMER RECEIPT ATTACHED...

Hi, my name is [redacted] and I am responding to complaint #[redacted].  Quan [redacted] of Super 6 Tokyo contacted meOctober 7th and let me know that he will take care of the check engine light repairs on my 2006 Isuzu truck with no extra charges.  We took the truck in and a week later, we got a call that the repairs required for the check engine light have been completed (replacement of the timing belt).  I picked up the truck October 15th and was not charged or asked to pay an additional fee.-[redacted]###-###-####
