Order: #*** bought of LED Hardscape Light - 6" Deck / Step and Landscape Retaining Wall Light with Mortar Mounting Plate - Natural White back on September 2015, not even months in to having these of them went out, called company times finally I started chatting so I can have some kind of paper trailfinally got them to send me the replacement on June Here we are again and lights are out again of which of them has been replaced alreadyChatted with the company reps and I was told these are discontinued so I told the rep all my lights will be totally different now if they only send me the after waiting for more then minutes she came back and said they will send me as they never received the that were replacedThese were sent via USPS in June the warehouse cannot find them not my problem, I have no use of non working lightsI told the rep that the warehouse is basically calling me a liar, mind you when I spoke with one of the reps back in

My main concern is receiving a product which I did not order and the difficulty in returning it
Although super bright LED.com was able to effectively bill my debit card, their ability to provide a invoice, record of transaction is lacking
I did notice a lot of customer service complaints in 2017, I do not understand how they could have a triple A rating
My concerns are as follows:
Super bright LED never provided me with an invoice
No invoice was provided either via my account or in the box
The box of LED bulbs which are received was nothing in common with what I ordered
It remains to be seen if I can return this without incident
I do not think I will be able to use them again, they really do not seem to know what they are doing
It would appear that the other complaints that are recently posted are in accord with my experience

I have made attempts to contact Mr*** by phone and have not received a call backI will attempt to reach reach out him via email and also make a few more phone attemptsI will post in a week or so with a update

Very incompetent technical and sales peopleI needed to order LEDs for under my kitchen cabinets and lost months and $dealing with these unprofessional and itic peopleSince they don't sell complete kits, you have to piece everything together, switches, wires, lights, transformers,etcI reached out to the 'technical' staff for guidance The 'technical' support staff knew even less that I did about their products but unfortunately I listened to themFirst they sent me a defective transformer, then the replacement was the wrong voltage, then when we got the correct transformer, we found that some of the LED strips did not workThere was no way to test the light strips until we had a correct, working transformer
I had an electrician show up three time to install the lights and each time there was an issue with the productsI had to pay the electrician $for each visit so I was out $total when I decided I had enough and asked to return the partsEven then, they could not get it rightThey kept sending me the wrong RMA's (return merchandise authorization) and got mad at me for their mistakes!!! Save your time and money and go to Lowes!!!

I ordered a set of LED bulbs for my license plate lamps on my Lincoln MKX EliteThey were shipped on November 9th and I received them on November 12thOn November 12th immediately after they were delivered I installed them in my MKXThese were replacement bulbs and my desire was to have brighter bulbs than the ones that were factory installed in my vehicleI've never had problems with the bulbs with that were already in my carI installed the left bulb first, and tested itI noticed a weird color and then realized the bulb had started on fireI immediately shut the lights off and removed it from the vehicle and did not install the other bulbI immediately contacted Super Bright LEDs and they issued me a refund promptlyThe bulb ruined the assembly that houses the bulb and I had asked them for reimbursement of $for the new assembly, I got the price from my local *** auto parts, this would cost much more if I got it from the Lincoln dealerThey denied my r

Wowwhat a phone call with this companyI ordered $in residential lights to be delivered to a house that is being renovated23,acre Wild Fire is preventing the deliveryI call to have them intercept the package and deliver to my billing address and they say I have to pay $to redirect the packageI have worked in E-commerce Operations for years and have purchased from small to large E-commerce Company's and have never had to pay to redirect a package, especially if it is because of a natural disasterThey did let me cancel my orderSo they loose $over a $UPS redirect feeThey lost this customer

On 4-4-2016, before placing an order I inquired about a product from customer service asking in the event the product does not work for my vehicle would I get a money backThe company generated a ticket id *** and responded back stating "In the event the bulbs do not work on your truck, you can return them for a full refund within days of the purchase date." In addition before ordering the company's web page states the bulbs were for my specified vehicleAfter receiving the product, they did not work for my vehicleI sent the product both shipments backThe first one arrived in Monday April 11, and the second is being delivered April 15,Invoice numbers for both orders are *** and *** A refund was given on 4-14-minus the shipping costI called customer service and was told the company does not refund shipping costsI explained that I had an email from the company that I would get a full refund and was again told the company does

I received a full refund for the first order which was the headlightsAs stated in my complaint you will there were two orders placed one for the headlights and one for the fog lightsI was not refunded the shipping cost from the second return of which were the fog lights as promised by *** ***Since Superbright LEDs records their phone calls you will clearly hear Mr*** say sure when I asked if I would get the shipping refundAlso Superbright LEDs state they can show I was refunded however I can show that I was not refundedMy credit card statement only shows I was fully refunded for headlights and not the fog lights, I am still owed a balance of $As you can see this company obviously isn't good on their wordI was promised in writing a full refund prior to purchasing their product if it didn't work as long I returned the product within days in which I didThen when I called to claim my refund their customer service agent became beligernant with me and refused to give me her name when asked times and then told me her name is Superbright LEDsIt's all in the recordingSuperbright LEDs has a shady business and they were called out on itAll I simply want is my refund of the shipping and this issue will be droppedLike I said I have my credit card statement that shows I was was refunded the $for the product and not the shipping as promised before I made the purchase and after by *** ***.

Around Early October, I bought an LED boxed lightIt shipped about two weeks laterWhen I received it, it was damaged, the frame was broken and it had the wrong picture in the light boxIt was poorly packedI called them, they sent out another one, I begged them to pack this one betterI got it and it was also damaged, the frame was broken, and it AGAIN had the wrong pictureWe've been emailing back and forth for two weeks nowThe third one they sent was packed correctly, so I do give them thatWhat I really didn't appreciate that they tried to commit fraud on UPSThey tried blaming UPS for damaging the items during delivery when they had really just packed them wrongThey made two claims against UPS for the two damaged boxes but they were completely Super Bright's fault

We ordered Led lights for our new homeIn checking the tracking number, we discovered that UPS reported them delivered the previous eveningWe had nothingWe search extensively through the apartment complex, checked with the leasing office, and still nothing We contacted UPS and began a formal investigationWe contacted the company, explained the situation, and requested that they resend the order, with the understanding that if the original showed up we would notify them and return itTheir response was that since UPS said it was delivered, from their point of view it was not their problem, and any additional order was at our expenseOf course, they had already charged our credit card, and expected to receive the payment for merchandise we did not receiveThey said that even if at the end of their "investigation", if UPS could not verify where the package was, it was still our expense This is a terrible way to do business and contrary to the way other companies (i.e, Zappos shoes) handled a lost package they just shipped out a new order at no expenses and asked us to return the missing order if delivered later by UPS Terrible customer service

I placed a order on the 14th of this month and the order looks like it got lost in transit now they are refuseing to give me my refund

The quantities of LED bulbs that I ordered correspond to what I need to replace the existing stock bulbs in the vehicle
There is a total of LED bulbs that I need, although my order reflected
My intention was to buy them all at once to avoid further shipping handling fees, however small they may be
Some of the LEDs that a person adds to a cart to purchase on your website automatically adds a PAIR as default, but this behavior isn't uniform for all of the LED bulb locations that require a pair for replacement
The order of didn't take place for whatever reason

Purchased over $in lights, none of them worked as advertised and when I returned the lights in full working condition I received only a partial refundI cannot recommend doing business with a company who does not stand behind their products and will not reimburse customers for failed products I don’t know how they stay in business expecting their customers to pay for their mistakesI’m a local business owner and know that I wouldn’t continue to do business with my clients if I operated similarly
