Regards,
*** *** I don't know how I can better get my thoughts out to TP (Towne Props)It is apparent from their reply, that they are not completely reading my responsesI HAVE stated that I will pay the $due to ***l ***, when TP provides me with a receipt with my name on itSo for Derek to state I am not taking responsibility is a lieThis is now the 7th or 8th time, verbally or in writing, I have stated I would pay that billFor some reason, TP does not want to have an invoice completed that shows my name on the billThis is also the 7th or 8th time I have explained why....for tax purposesI fail to see why Derek does not understand this requestI have never received a response as to why Lydia *** did not provide Casey *** with my phone number BEFORE he had the lock picked instead of AFTER he had the lock pickedAnd...on the initial invoice from TP, there was NO mention of a locksmith bill; then in the phone call with George *** on 2/24/16, he stated that I owed $for the locksmith; then in the latest bill, I supposedly owe in the $range for picking my lockBtw, I have NEVER seen a bill from any locksmithI would like to know from Derek if he EVER pays a bill he has not seenBut again, why didn't Lydia give my phone number to Casey FIRST?In the phone conversation on 2/24/16, George stated that I owed about $for removal of the water heaterThen on the latest invoice, with his insistence that TP HAD removed the water heater, that bill dropped to the $rangeNOW, the latest from Derek is that NO, TP did NOT remove the water heater, and therefore, I don't owe this billDoes this sound like a scam or what????Now as far as Casey ***'s salary...his contract is with TPLet me repeat: HIS CONTRACT IS WITH TPHe phoned me on 12/31/15, which is his work dayHe asked me if he could hire *** ***, who tore up the utility closet floor at Casey's insistence...btw, should he have not checked with SOMEONE about the fact that there are NO pipes in the floor??? Casey then asked me if he could hire ***l ***; I agreed to both, not realizing that he did not know what he was doingCasey NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, told me that I have to pay his salary for his regularly scheduled dayAnd again....what part of his day on 12/31/15, was spent watching Jolly jackhammer up my floor???? I understand from Randy at Jolly that the job took several men, several hours and it was TOTALLY UNNECCESSARY!!! TP has also NOT shown me any proof that they paid Casey more than his contract salary for 12/31/And again, I was not told anything up front about paying his salaryI was NOT invited nor I have I received the meeting minutes when my condo situation was discussed with the *** *** boardMy guess is with the number of lies that have been told to me by TP, that more than likely the board was not given the entire story RE: my condo.A number of my *** *** neighbors have now been informed of what TP is trying to do with meNone of them are in agreement; they feel that I am being taken advantage of and that TP has contracted with these other companies and are trying to make a profit off of me.Again, neighbors are telling me that a number of work orders have been placed and TP is failing to honor these work orders. And once again, contrary to Derek's lies: I have stated to times now, I will pay the ***l *** bill when I am provided an invoice with my name on itI am not sure why TP can't understand this requestAgain, who wouldpay a bill not having their name on it...and I need it for income tax purposesHow can I make this any MORE simplified?Since TP has threatened me, I don't know what else I can doI am sure a court of law would love to hear about all these different amounts, stating I owe for this at one point but not the nextI am also sure a judge would like to hear all the fraud that has been committed by TP and about their price gouging, changing costs, and lying about removing the water heater and then stating that they did NOT remove the water heater; *** *** did, and I paid them. Also, once again, I firmly believe that TP is trying to make me sell my condoI believe this company has gotten in a snit because their very own employee, Heather ***, did not appropriately or legally obtain my last renters, who destroyed my condoAll of my neighbors have come to know me and harbor no resentment over these terrible rentersTP needs to get off my back.Provide the ***l *** invoice with my name on it, and I will pay the billI want to see the minutes of the association meeting in its ENTIRITYIn providing this information, I can tell the board president what really occurredAnd btw, I will not come to a board meetingI have never met ANYONE like Lydia ***, who never listens and continuously talks over peopleIt is just amazing that she is supposed to be the manager over *** ***.*** ** ***

Once again, Lydia *** was provided my phone number in September 2015, with INSTRUCTIONS that she use that phone number vsemailing meShe did not give that phone number to Casey *** until AFTER he had a locksmith break into my condoThere was no need for that action, since I had provided a phone number months before this incidentI do NOT owe a locksmith billI have a bill AND a receipt from *** ***, which clearly states that the $I paid to Jolly, INCLUDED the cost of the water heater removalI do NOT owe Towne for removing a water heater that was removed by JollyWhen Casey *** phoned me on December 31, 2015, he told me that he was UNDER CONTRACT to Towne Properties and worked at *** *** on Tuesdays and ThursdaysHe asked my permission to have *** *** and ***l *** *** address the issuesI have paid *** *** for THE work that was related to the busted water heater; I will pay Towne Properties once an invoice and receipt is provided to me in my nameAt NO time, did Casey *** tell me that I would be EXPECTED to pay his salaryAlso, Casey *** is solely responsible for making the decision to have *** *** jack hammer up my utility closet floor, causing much more damage to my condo.Again, Towne Properties is clearly harassing me and causing me ongoing mental, emotional, and financial hardshipTheir own employee, Heather ***, is responsible for the very poor renters who were in my condo from July through December I believe, and firmly believe, that Towne Properties ongoing harassment is an attempt to make me sell my condoNot that Towne Properties cares, but these renters caused me over $10,in damages...part of which I can not fix because of the massive expenseI am willing to pay the ***l *** *** bill, in full, once the appropriate documentation is provided for meI do not owe the other bills that Towne has changed their minds about over separate occasionsI am sure that I can expect further problems from Towne Properties as this company continues to harass me, discriminate against me, and threaten me

In response to your letter of 6/1/2016 with
reference to Case #[redacted] for [redacted], I've attached a copy of the
canceled check showing that [redacted] was paid in full by Ivy Ridge as she
requested. I have also included the invoice that shows her unit number and
service details and a...

copy of the letter George [redacted] (Regional Vice President
of the Northern Kentucky Office) sent to her attorney [redacted] last month
outlining the details of the incident that occurred at Ms. [redacted] place. The
letter outlines the removal of the [redacted] invoice and the charges that
are owed by Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] authorized Casey Howard to enter her unit on
her behalf to do complete maintenance that was her responsibility and not the
Association's. The Association has also reviewed this situation and agrees that
Ms. [redacted] owes the $917.38 not the Association.Towne Properties feels they acted responsibly
and followed up several times with Ms. [redacted] with regards to this matter. With regards to her leasing her unit with Ms.
[redacted], this was outside of Towne's responsibilities and we had nothing
to do with leasing her unit and that was an agreement between Ms. [redacted] and
Ms. [redacted].Should
you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
[redacted]Vice President

In response to the attached complaint, please be advised that we have promptly reimbursed Ms. [redacted] the $1,115 that was erroneously withdrawn from her account via an ACH withdrawal by our bank [redacted].  We contacted [redacted] to find out how this could have occurred and they do not have an...

[redacted] The health department came out while I wasn’t there and said everything should be ok now. So I believe most of everything has been completed with the exception of spraying for spiders and patching up some drywall.

[redacted]1 E. 4th, Suite 600Cincinnati, OH 45202Dear [redacted],This letter is in response to the concern that [redacted] submitted on 10/29/2015, ID number [redacted].The status letter indicates the balance on the homeowner’s account at the time the status letter is completed. The capital contribution is for new unit or a resale on a property. The capital contribution is indicated in the Declaration of Covenants, conditions, Restrictions and Assessments for Villages of Pheasant Ridge, Article VIII Section 8.01 and the Second Amendment to Article VIII Section 8.02. Villages of Pheasant Ridge Homeowners Association are a rare community that charges the capital contribution for a resale on a unit. It’s unfortunate that the buyer was not informed of the capital contribution prior to closing. The seller and/or the seller’s agent should have been aware of the declarations.Respectfully yours,Jeff B[redacted]District Manager Towne Properties Dayton District OfficeGreat Places to Live, Work, Shop & Play

I have tried to contact [redacted] in regards to this complaint however his phone has been disconnected and he has not responded to my email. I am a little confused in regards to the complaint itself. He does currently reside at Stone Lodge Apartments. [redacted] is often extremely late on his rent....

When you pay after the 6th of the month we issue a late fee of $75.00. If he used to live at Indian Lookout Apartments that is a past apartment and has nothing to do with his apartment here at Stone Lodge. If he pays late he will get a late fee like everyone else. So he will still be responsible for his late fee for February as well as for March since he has not paid that rent either.

fax  [redacted]  towneproperties.com Dear [redacted]:The following is in response to your letter of 4/22/17 with reference to Case # [redacted] for [redacted].The street light that [redacted] has referred to in his complaint is along the main road and is owned and operated by [redacted]. We have submitted the burned out street light to [redacted] for repair. However, we are at their mercy as to when they will get out there and do the repairs.Since this is [redacted] owned street light it is not under the Association's control other than submitting the work order. It is up to [redacted] when they repair it. We will resubmit it again and ask if they will expedite the repair.I hope this answers your questions. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I, [redacted], have an original document along with photocopies of the placard from Towne Properties that was placed on my front door handle dated 4/7/17. It states, "I came out & checked & cleared all gutters & downspouts. Cut & raised the front underground line to ensure proper flow." I'd be more than willing to send you a copy of this should you deem it necessary for this case. However, Towne Properties failed to affix the gutter to my roof which is an article listed in my original complaint. I would urge Towne Properties to come and take their own photos of the gutter in question to prove my point. As far as the painting is concerned, this item has become secondary in nature. All residents have suffered through the aesthetic and structural decay of the units in [redacted] because of the lack of pro-activity on Towne Properties' part. I also fail to understand why our board president has the ability to publish a memo stating most units have been painted, only to have it be a falsehood. Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Regards,
[redacted]
