The customer had called inquiring about having a birthday party and we gave her all of the information that can be found on our web site as well as answered her questions? ? ? ? She was told that in? order to book a party and get the party package? she would have to? have or more painters as well as put down a deposit? to confirm? her day, time and space, which package was being purchased, the choice of a cake or a plate, party favors, pizza, invitations, staffing a host, and everything else that is included? We took her information down as if she were booking a party and at the time she said she would call back with the deposit? She never called back? When it was time to check our planner for the upcoming parties of the week, we noticed that she had still not put down a deposit and called her to ask her for it and to confirm she was indeed coming to our studio for a party? I believe we attempted several times to contact her, called her and left her vm messages and? didn't hear back from her at all? She walked in on the day she thought was confirmed for her scheduled? She only had painters? The store was very full and there weren't enough seats available for her and her guests? She was frustrated and demanded she receive a party? We actually offered her a free party plate a to make up for any misunderstanding? Her complaint to you is inaccurate? She did not pay for a party package, she paid a regular service fee for walk in customers? She did not confirm her party reservation a week ahead of time, we require a $deposit at the time of booking which she never paid? We assisted her as we normally would assist anyone walk in group with a group her size.Please let me know if you need any more information.Thank you for your time

I made the reservation on [redacted] for a night with tax and an extra fee due at the hotel for Plus a security depositUnfortunately I was coming alone and used my husbands card to make the reservation so since he wasn't present I had to provide a card in my name so I would have to drive mins to transfer the money on to my account and then another mins back to the hotel (note just made a hour drive from Texas) so we asked about cash but the deposit would need to be on a card or pay for the depositThen the GM said no has to be on a card only and by the time we would have gotten to the bank the wouldn't even post until the next daySo I wouldn't be able to even use it but he refused to take cash and became very rude with us when we asked for the owners name and contact info saying no one was higher than him and it won't changeSo now I'm in Las Vegas with no room to stay it a place I've spent on so I could have this room with no refund

I just don'get how us receiving a little over pictures when over 1,were taken this day is okay She did offer to take pictures with our families after this but you cannot redo a wedding and we had family and friends there from all over the country and outside of the country so it would be near impossible to get them all together again This is why we rejected this offer We wanted pictures from our actual day--the most important day of both of our lives--not pictures on some random day after this day is over As for the video of the maid of honor speech and best man speech [redacted] says that I would not have been happy if she didn't find a way to record these I NEVER asked [redacted] to record these myself....she did this on her own Why should we be charged for something that we never asked her to do and like [redacted] said.....wasn't in the contract either I didn't even know she recorded these until after the fact [redacted] also stated that I put a rush order on getting this video At that time, I believed us to be friends and I KINDLY asked her to send me this video If I would have known I would be charged later on for a RUSH ORDER I would have never asked her for it I feel like my husband and I are getting screwed over with this When [redacted] first found out she lost the pictures, she told us she would try and recover them AND give us our money back Than it changed to recover the pictures OR our money back and now it is either This is not the way to run a business We hired [redacted] to do a job that WASN'T done We are the ones who now have nothing to look back at for this day and we were charged for her mistake? Hello,The reason this customer was placed on Do Not Rent at the Super in Brooklyn Center is because the day manager discovered through conversation with him and others that he has a tendency to go from hotel to hotel in the area and find reasons to complain to be able to be compensated for his staysWhenever a customer makes a complaint at our hotel, we offer them a solutionIn this case it was that we offered him 50% back to his room and also the option to switch his roomWhether the customer finds that acceptable or not is up to themThey are at any time able to check out and find accommodations elsewhere if they do not find it satisfactoryAt the end of the day a transaction was made to pay for renting the room for the nightThe room is a product, and if the customer is not satisfied with the product they can choose to shop elsewhereThis guest accepted 50% off and we gave him his money back alreadyIf he was not satisfied with the solution then he should have told us at that timeThe customer then complained to corporate Wyndham twice after that even though he was satisfied with the solution presented to him at the hotel levelAfter which he is going to the Revdex.com only to seek further compensation.The decision not to rent to him again was made after his actions were discussed with the front desk staff and the GMAt this location we have many people that are placed on the Do Not Rent list for various reasons, one of which is making complaints in an effort to pay nothing for staying at the propertyThe reservation he made for the last night at the Super was made through a third party travel agent, hotels.comWe are not collecting payment on this reservation from hotels.comHe can easily request a refund from them and they will obligeSince the reservation was made through a third party, they would not know who is on our DNR list or notThat is why the customer would not know until they arrive on propertyIn this case since the customer did not stay, we will not be charging for the reservationOur front desk even called hotels.com to inform them however of the situation and not to charge the customer for that night.We do not wish to do this to a customer at all normally, but his actions were detrimental to the point of getting in the way of our daily businessAt the end of the day for a hotel manager we want to keep as many people coming back to our hotel as possible, but some people do not like to see reason and want only to stay the night without paying for it.Thank You,Zee

He and his brother were both drunk when they came in He is disabled and his brother would not help him down the hall, and he basically crawled He didn’t even have the money for the $room He only paid $for his room and the front desk clerk was nice enough and paid the other $
