This was the worst service I have ever hadI ordered a lightning charging cord for my iPhoneI got it in a timely matter, only it was a broken oneI e mailed to ask what the next step wasThey e mailed back and said to send back to this addressSo I paid my own money to ship it back to them to get a replacementGoing on weeks later they won't answer my phone calls my e mails nothingWon't tell me if they got the charger back won't send me a new oneNo response at allI sent a not so nice e mail asking again if they could check on it and once again ignored the question and they said they have responded to every e mail which is falseHorribleI wouldn't recommend them to anyoneEver ever

I purchased an "authentic" iPad 12w charger and cable and received it fairly quicklyAfter approximately hour the unit stopped charging and was extremely hot and had a very strong electrical burning smell I called numerous times with no answer or returned callI emailed them about times and finally received an answer having nothing to do with my complaint I sent the unit back over two weeks ago and still have not received a refund I have called every day since the tracking showed they received the defective unit with no answers or returned calls If you follow this place on resellerratings.com you will see people complaining about how bad this place is He should not be allowed to do business as he sells defective products and doesn't give refunds DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
