Lies!! Dishonest salesman! I agreed to buy a product and after giving my acct info was told I would be receiving DVD's and my acct would be chargedI immediately told him I changed my mind and wanted to cancel and was put on hold and then told he had cleared it with the supervisor and I would receive the product but would not receive DVD's or have future charges I rec'd DVD's today and my acct was chargedWhen I called for a return voucher I was told DVD's cannot be returned When I tried to ask why he rudely hung up on meI called back consecutive times and was hung up on every time How unprofessional!! I called my bank and was told there was nothing they could do; it is between me and the company, so I'm screwedI only hope they did truly cancel my acct and I don't have future charges! Thieves! That's the only word to describe these companies!

About two weeks ago my wife received a phone solicitation for this productAt that time I was weary about this and automatically assumed it was a scamThey explained it was free for days and if my wife wanted to continue with the day challenge then she would have to pay I then got on the phone to confirm that she would only be charged if she continued with the day challenge after the free days and was told yesTwo days ago she received bottles of the productOn the invoice it said deferred paymentsShe called to have a rude lady state she knew what she was buying and the termsWhen I got on the phone she hung up on meDo not get caught upIf you deal with this company you are going to get ripped off

This place is a hoax Please do not order anything from them I should have known better, but I am still under the illusion that people are good I ordered product from them, I was told that I could return the product in days if not happy On the sales slip that came with the product instructed that you needed to call customer service first before returning to get a Return Merchandise Number When I called to make the return a girl, who was quite unfriendly, told me that there was no refund, no discussion She did offer me credit, but I decided lesson learned and I didn't want to deal with them again I've been scammed! arrgghh I hate that!
