I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This company is a scam. I received a call to try Pure Green Garcinia for $9.95 for 30 days. on the 14th day my credit card was billed for 99.00. I was outraged! since I never agreed to that amount . they said I had thirty days to cancel, and not 15 days. They took 99.00 on the 14th day. When I had spoke to the lady at the time of placing the order she never told me that at all!! The young girl I talk to after seeing this charge, she was very rude, and would not let me talk to a manager. stated there was no one else to talk to. She said she would cancel any future orders, but could not refund my money. I am still very upset!!

Do not do business with this company, they will make unauthorized charges to your account and not resolve anything.

Lies!! Dishonest salesman! I agreed to buy a product and after giving my acct info was told I would be receiving DVD's and my acct would be charged. I immediately told him I changed my mind and wanted to cancel and was put on hold and then told he had cleared it with the supervisor and I would receive the product but would not receive DVD's or have future charges. I rec'd 2 DVD's today and my acct was charged. When I called for a return voucher I was told DVD's cannot be returned. When I tried to ask why he rudely hung up on me. I called back 6 consecutive times and was hung up on every time. How unprofessional!! I called my bank and was told there was nothing they could do; it is between me and the company, so I'm screwed. I only hope they did truly cancel my acct and I don't have future charges! Thieves! That's the only word to describe these companies!

This place is a hoax. Please do not order anything from them. I should have known better, but I am still under the illusion that people are good. I ordered product from them, I was told that I could return the product in 30 days if not happy. On the sales slip that came with the product instructed that you needed to call customer service first before returning to get a Return Merchandise Number. When I called to make the return a girl, who was quite unfriendly, told me that there was no refund, no discussion. She did offer me credit, but I decided lesson learned and I didn't want to deal with them again. I've been scammed! arrgghh... I hate that!
