Move is moving done right!!! I had this company handle a move for me from Arizona to New York and I was very pleased with the service I received They gave my an awesome price for what I had to move versus what alot of other major movers were trying to quote me So this company saved me alot of money but also got a great service The movers were great and handle my items with the upmost care I didn't have any damages to speak of and my delivery was also in a timely manner, I believe within about weeks from when I was ready I most certainly would refer them to friends, family, and associates as they know how to move with efficiency and care!

500Moves gives one set of estimates based on cf price for a move and then changes the price to much higher within days of the move when it is too late to seek out other competitive bids, They also falsely state delivery time windows to appeal to customers and then again, a few days before the move, changes them to way outside their estimates when it is too late for customer to seek fair alternativesBy providing binding estimates, they falsely get customers to pay deposits and contract them

This was my first experience using a long distance moving company, and I have to say !st Choice would be my last CHOICE The office staff were helpful but when the movers showed up, the quotes changedThey estimated the cost to move was more and refused to move my combo washer and dryer an additional $even if it was noted on paper and included in the cost of the moveI moved from Phoenix, AZ to Southern IllinoisThey said my delivery would be about weeks and when I called they said they were trying to find a driver to deliver to ILThey finally showed up weeks later and the driver refused to deliver on my roadHe said it was to curvyHe insisted that I pay another $in cash or he wouldn't deliver my things.I also had to sign the delivery contract He told me I had to find a truck for him to reload and then bring to my new empty residence I called the company and they said he had to find a way to deliverThis upset him and he was very hard to understand and k

The person who picked my household goods up from this company, was extremely aggressive, very arrogant, and forced me to pay $dollars above the quoteMy original quote was for cubic feet, when in fact, I only used cubic feetThis was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a moving company, please do not use them! This person told me, he would call me within hours of my delivery, which he did, on a Saturday night, I did not have the cash on hand, he charged me a $dollar inconvenience fee for using my debit card, and told me, and I quote, it wasn't his fault, he did his job and didn't care what I thought, end of quotePlease please please, do not use this company, the person loading your household goods, is extremely unpleasant

My experience with Move was awesome I move from AZ to MD all my belongings arrived on time and in good conditionall the staff was great, the pick up and delivery crew was very professional and careful with my items I do recommend this company

USA Moving & Storage (aka) First Choice Moving & Storage (aka) First USA Moving & Storage DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - under whatever name they are choosing to use I was moving from AZ to OH and my quote came from Anthony (Sales VP in CA) done completely over the phone and estimating the sizes of the boxes just by our conversation He quoted me $in a binding estimateI packed my own items and called Anthony days prior to when pickup was scheduled and he said he'll just add the boxes at no chargeWhen the "supervisor" showed up, he handed me a completely different "binding" agreement with a price increase of $& I wasn't sent a copy It may not sound like much but what's the definition of binding then? In addition, the guy running the show on day of pickup was extremely rude and if I didn't need my items picked up that day, I would have thrown him off my property In addition to his guys grabbing the boxes and loading them onto the truck ) First USA Moving & Storage, they stole roles of my packing tape I told the "lead" guy that my items had to be delivered as soon as possible, but he chose to put a date down on the paperwork for a week later When I called Anthony to tell him that I was displeased with the whole situation and that I planned on calling the owner of the company, he said he would pass the information on I haven't done that yet, but plan to find who the owner is (if there is one) and will register a complaint So, I waited weeks to get my things In addition, the communication from the dispatcher is ridiculous I tried to reach her on several occasions to get a timeframe as to when I could expect delivery and never received a return call I finally got a call after calling Anthony numerous times and he told me that the dispatcher is just busy Oddly enough, she called the next day to tell me that my items are on a truck (couldn't tell me what company) and that the driver would give me a hour notice prior to delivery and to make sure that I had a money order with the correct amount for payment The driver called (Paul Arpin M & S) with a hour window When he arrived, I assisted in getting the boxes off the truck and into storage and when I initially packed the boxes, I had several of them clearly marked with bright orange stickers - FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE I guess they can't read because several boxes had the tops crushed and others had the sides crushed Overall, it was a horrible experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone that I like This company is a broker who takes a deposit, adds up your items over the phone, gives you a binding estimate and then, changes the pricing which you have to pay in order to get your itemsHow's that fair? It's NOT!

I had them move from phoenix to madison, they will call you and quote you the lowest price on the market but when they are done loading up your luggage in the truck they would ask for more money for smallest stuffI took the complete package for assembling and dissembling but they would just load up everything after dissembling and would not assemble back at your delivery locationBeware of their marking guy "Anthony" he would call you up talk sweetly and make all sort of promises, but once you pay the initial $for the "booking" he would stop picking up your calls Avoid this movers at all cost , they just do not care about your stuff, they just want to make money

Express Vanlines was hired for a move from Scottsdale AZ to Seattle WA The morning of the move 1st Choice Moving and Storage showed up and started to pack the truck while the Forman did the paper work with me I assumed they were affiliated with Express Vanlines they didn't specify otherwise The truck was half loaded when the Forman (who spoke broken english) told me I would have to pay an additional $dollars for an additional two boxes After they left and upon review of the paper work I discovered I was cubic feet below my allowed footage They where to show up in Seattle the 29th I started calling on the 29th and didn't get a return call until the 31st He said he would show up at 8pm that night, ensuring completion beyond midnight We arranged for delivery the 1st am at 11:00pm I called the driver and he said he would be there at noon At 1:00pm he couldn't find the address so I drove to him and showed him how to get to my address I shuttle was required

I had to move furniture that I bought a couple from one location to another, Because the furniture was wraped and disassembled by the previous owners, and being I was not at the pick up location,I asked the movers to please make sure that all the shelves, screws, connectors and bolts were present for each pieceThey took the time and asked the couple that I bought the furniture from to show them all the needed pieces before loading the furniture on the trucks move showed up when they said they would and delivered the furniture at the time agreed uponThat was peace of mind

I had to move some very heavy and large appliances up two flights of stairsThanks to Move's crew to get this job with easeCrew showed up on time and got the job done quickly and courteouslyThe process of scheduling the crew was easyDefinitely would recommend Move for sure
