We have been working with *** in regards to this complaintAfter speakingwith *** I realized she was sold a car without the Navigation and ***, this is something that she really wantedI worked with *** Honda to find the exact same vehicle such as color, make, and model with

On Jan *** and *** came into the dealership inquiring about a vehicleThe first process is a credit application the customer must fill out inorder to get qualified for a vehicleAt this time *** and *** filled out they were both working full time and their
monthly income together was $4,With this double income it qualified them for a vehicle with Capital One This was approved so we sold the customers a Nissan Rogue believing that everything on the credit application was true and accurate At the time of delivery they didn’t; have the proper documentation so we trusted what was put on the application and they would provide us with the information that was needed at a later timeThat day we allowed Taiand Jesus to drive the car off the lot. In the process of working the approved deal with the bankCapital One still needed information provided on the credit appIn order for the deal to get funded through the bank they needed hard copies ofmonth personal bank statements Wor letter of employment are submitted for proof of income / verification of employment. Proof of income required ( paystubs dated days of contract date.When Alfie Safa contacted Taiand Jesus to collect this information they were unable to do soUnfortunately we were told that Taiwasn’t working and has been on maternity leave .They would be unable to provide the documentation requested by the bank and couldn’t provide any hard copies because the information written down was untruthful.The customers lied and falsified information on the application and the customers were notified to return the vehicle right away because the bank declined the loan due to not being able to provide the information needed.We didn’t charge the customer for having the vehicle for more than two months and we covered the paymentsIf customers can provide the proper documentation needed by the bank we will % work on getting them a vehicle

The negative Equity of the vehicle isn’t the fault of the dealership .The negative equity in a vehicle has to do with the owner of the vehicle(Credit, money down, interest rate, etc.) If you have an upside-down car loan it means the amount you currently owe on your loan is higher than the car's value All cars go through their steepest depreciation in the first couple years of ownershipYou'll always owe more than the car is worth if you didn't make a large enough down payment (which in your case was $this didn’t even cover your basic fees of Tax, title, license etc.), if you opt for an extremely long-term loan to keep your car payments low, your negative equity is not likely to improve(In your case a month term) Another problem that exists is bad creditThis may make it impossible to find a lender who will offer you a loan at a reasonable interest rate(You qualified for a 16.99%) Typically when u have to pay a higher interest rate because, statistically, those with bad credit pose a greater risk to loan companies.Based off of credit challenges you had a high interest rate so the first few years will be paying interest on your loan not going towards the payoff of your loanUltimately, the smartest financial choice is to keep the car as long as possible, or at least until your loan balance matches the car's value. You can try and mitigate this problem by making extra car payments to the principal of your car loan for the first three years or try and refinance if your credit history has changed for the better

Alfie S*** was aware that I was on maternity leaveHe told us to put what I made before I went on maternity leaveHe never called to tell us to bring in the carWe went in because no one was returning our callI have been in contact with Capital One who advised Arrowhead Honda retracted the contract before they were able to approve itThe reference # ***I would also like the inquiries to my credit report removedI only authorized the initial one time credit pull that Alfie said he was going to do on behalf of the dealershipCapital One explained that Arrowhead Honda submitted multiple applications on my behalfIf I was denied why keep submitting after the date I initially gave the approval? I never approved them running my credit againIf you notice the date in 2/25/I believe the car was back in their posession

***,These parts are delivered to us directly from Corporate Honda, we don't have this stocked in our shopIt is out of our hands where and how they are made.I would definitely make a claim in with corporate Honda and they will be able to give you more valuable informationIt looks as though we did replace your vehicle with parts that were not defective and you were happyWe can absolutlely try this again.The only thing Arrowhead Honda can do at this point forward is re-order the parts and replace them on your vehiclePlease let me know what you would like to do. I have spoken with Mr*** and apologized for any inconvenience we may have caused On July 3rd, *** *** was approached by *** *** to look at a used vehicle that was on our websiteThe car was in the back waiting to get serviced*** took Mr. *** and his family
to look at the vehicleThey were unable to test drive the car due to safety reasons, we want to make sure a car is in perfect condition before it leaves our lot*** did tell them that car would not be ready till Monday*** said he still wanted to purchase the car and proceed to sign a contractThe contract would automatically be canceled if the car did not pass the smog and safety testsOnce Mr*** went home he decided he did not want the car because he did not test drive it and he felt he could find the same car cheaper somewhere elseMr*** came back in and spoke to *** ***, *** explained to him that couldn’t cancel the sale due to the fact he signed a contractDuring that time we felt it would be better to just cancel the contract and let Mr*** go somewhere elseThe contract has been Null and Void and the extra set of keys to Mr.*** vehicle have been returned.*** ***Director of Customer Service

On June 3rd, *** *** purchased a vehicle from Arrowhead Honda*** *** was Mr*** SalesmanDuring the time of purchase *** quoted *** a standard price of his monthly payments which would be $a month for 72monthsAfter this price was agreed upon Jeff went to go see *** *** in finance to go through and sign all the paperworkDuring this time the upgraded /added options were shown to Mr. ***One of the options that was denied was the Rockledge Security system. This is an upgraded system that is purchased if they choose to upgrade from the factory alarmThis alarm is put on every car for security reasons but is not a standard alarm, it must be purchased as an upgradeIf purchased the alarm is $a month which is added on to the monthly payment. If you look at the documents attached it shows that Mr*** declined the alarm and agreed to have the security alarm removedMr*** is upset because he believed the price sticker included the upgraded alarm which it only includes the factory alarm Many options are available as upgrades and as we know anything extra we add onto our car the monthly payments will go upFor example adding an extended warranty, paintless dent repair, lo-jack etcAll these upgrades were declined and initialed by Mr***Therefore, Mr. *** payments did not go upThe $proposed to him stayed the same but we did add a $plate credit which brought his monthly payment downI apologize for any confusion that *** *** has but the car only comes with a standard alarmThe Rockledge Security system that was in the car is an upgrade and would have to be purchased and added to the monthly payment

Arrowhead Honda in regards to letter he received in the mail saying he could be approved for a
vehicle though he was filing
bankruptcy He spoke with James H***
and they had an appointment set for that day to have MrH*** come in to
see
what he would qualify forWhen Ryan came into the dealership MrH*** was
with a customer so Kevin E*** greeted him at the front and chatted with him
until James was ready to speak with him.James was Ryan’s Salesperson so James
would be the only one working with Ryan as we try to keep it one salesman per customer
.Kevin wasn’t his salesperson, but had worked With Ryan H*** in the past The beginning of any car buying process is set
standard to have the customer come in and fill out a credit application to see
what vehicle they are qualified for .The salesman ran Ryan’s credit to see what
he could qualified for, we were unable to get him a lender that would approve
him for a vehicle due to his recent bankruptcy and the only lenders that would
approve him he had filed in his bankruptcy so we were unable to use that bankWe
told him that in order to get approved that he had to think less of a car, a
car worth less moneyHe wasn’t happy so he left the dealershipThe next day
he sent emails inquiring about certain cars, such as “Can I please get the details on that civic? Are they both on the
website? I really need to see them first please or at least get some info
please “MrH*** calls back
and says he is going to take a less expensive car because he has no other
optionHe came in and met with his sales man James H*** to see what other options
we had for him. After working
hard to see what we could do we found a lender called *** *** ***, but
they are very strict on their lendingIn order to get MrH*** approved he
would have to put $1,down payment The
reasoning for this is the amount of vehicle was over the amount he was approved
forThe least expensive vehicle we had on out lot for him was over the amount
of what he was financed for so he needed to pay the difference to cover the amount
of the vehicleThe
reasoning for Kevin E*** not responding to Ryan’s H***s email is due to the
fact he was off for two days, by the time he arrived back to work a complaint
had already been filed with the ***Also, this was James H***’s customer
and Kevin would not have spoken to Ryan without the approval of James due to
the fact this wasn’t his customer nor car deal Our main and only mission here at
Arrowhead Honda is to get our customers financed and into a vehicle, we work
with everybody as hard as we can, unfortunately not everybody is approved
Everything is based on credit score, income, money down etcWe did the best we
could but at the end of the day this isn’t our decision, this is the banks
decisionHere
at Arrowhead Honda we don’t intentionally discriminate against any employees or customers based on personal characteristics
