We met with several other companies but none of the other individuals we met with had the passion and excitement about their product as David did. Not only did he go as in depth as we wanted on the explanation of all of their products, but he took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and matched our needs up with the right product.
During the explanation David explained to us and showed us pictures of Superior Solar's panels compared to other competitors panels with regards to inclement weather scenarios. Upon further investigation I found that Superior Solar's panels do hold up extremely well, especially in comparison to their competitors. I feel 100% confident in our purchase and will be enjoying our extended swim season into December!
Our meeting with David also felt like a friendly conversation. When we met with other solar panel companies it felt more like a sales pitch. In our minds we always feel much more comfortable after these meetings when the person we met with feels like a friend or family versus someone that is just trying to make a sale. Long story short, David felt like family and gave us the confidence that we made the right decision to go with Superior Solar.
Since purchasing the product we have been EXTREMELY happy with the results. We have played around with the temp settings from 85-95 degrees and the system has responded very quickly.
The gentlemen who installed the product were on time and extremely professional. After the installation David walked us through how to operate it and also has been 100% available after the fact to answer any questions or concerns we might have (we haven't had any concerns because of his thorough explanation).

My husband and I installed a new Infinity edge pool on our property in Clermont, Florida. [redacted] did the installation and [redacted] their designer recommended that we give [redacted] from Superior Solar a call for the installations of the solar panels on the roof that would be used to heat the spa/hot tub.
We interviewed three companies and opted to go with Superior Solar. The sent a representative out to the house to look at the property and evaluate the needs for the number of panels based on the exposure. They completed their estimate very quickly. We set up an appointment and they were here right on schedule. They worked so quietly that you didnât even realize that they were here.
All of the work was executed in a very timely fashion, and more importantly it was done well, and they cleaned up completely. When they left, you wouldnât have even known anyone was here.
A few months later we noticed a little water dripping from the roof. We called them to ask what they thought it was, they came right out and corrected a very small leak that had developed. Their customer service is Superior, just like their name.
We are in the process of looking into more panels for electrical purposes and our only call will be to Superior Solar.
In September of 2014 we had 8 fafco solar panels replaced with 8, of the same size, Heliocol solar panels by Superior Solar. The difference was amazing. The pool stayed warmer longer and we were still swimming in late October 2014. Our pool is screened in. That had never happened in the past with the fafco panels. We were back in the pool April of 2015 and found, as the summer got hotter, we had to turn off the panels because the pool actually got too hot during the summer of 2015. It would be in the mid to upper 90's and we had to run the pool either at night or just a few hours in the day. We like the pool temp to be warm, 88-90 degrees but 95 is too hot. In late 2015 we got a pool blanket and we were able to use the pool starting in February of 2016. We removed blanket in April because we didn't need it anymore. We are now getting a pool thermostat so we do not have to manually turn the pool off and on to keep it at a comfortable temp.
The panels are fantastic as well as the sales and service Superior Solar provides. About one and a half years after installation, we had a minor problem with the installation and they lived up to their warranty. They came and fixed the problem promptly and there was absolutely no hassle.
We highly recommend Superior Solar for their sales, service and product.

Most of the contractors would just show up whenever, which probably didn't really matter since the majority of the work was to be done outside. However Superior Solar was very good about communicating, and was the most professional of all the pool contractors. We were informed via e-mail as to when they would be out, their employees were very professional and pleasant, and the company has been very responsive to questions and on one occasion when we had an issue that needed correction they came out immediately to remedy the situation. (I should clarify that the issue was not caused by them it was caused by us - during the period when we were still learning our pool we turned one of the valves the wrong way causing pressure to build up in the system.) They thoroughly inspected it and repaired what needed to be done very promptly.
I highly recommend them, they clearly stood above all of the other contractors. We liked them all, but they were the best.

They were very responsive and worked with us to determine the best placement for the panels and were considerate in our choice to not remove any trees from our yard. Superior solar was communicative regarding installation timing and we were very pleased with the overall process. My husband felt well oriented to the new equipment and we were enjoying warmer pool water in just a few days. We highly recommend solar heating and have recommended this company to several friends.
