with a phone number to contact regarding a quote, and initialed our waiver authorizing a Weed Man customer representative to call the phone number provided for future lawn care promotions. We have simply been reaching out to follow up regarding the quote requested on April 1st, and apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. We have removed the phone number(s) associated with this address from our systems.

Yes, Weedman did fix the issue and apologize for the mistake. I gave them a chance to make up for their issue by helping my mother with her needs. Again, sorry for not getting back sooner. [redacted]

[redacted],We wanted to directly reach out to you (we left a message as well) and sincerely apologize for the conversation that took place yesterday in regards to the balance for the Spring Fertilization.  We wanted to let you know that we are not going to charge your card for the service...

as we have written off the balance in full.We are a Continuous Service company and never have a contract with our customers.  It began over 40 years ago as a request from a customer to continue on each season.  We do go to great lengths to explain this to everyone who signs up but know that was in May of last year and that may have led to the confusion since you did prepay last year.We send out 3 different Letters in the off-season letting you know that we do have services scheduled and you can prepay if you would like to do so, but that is not a requirement for services.  Was there a reason why you didn't want to continue this year as we clearly didn't live up to our motto of "Let Us Amaze You!".Please reach out to me directly at the office at your convenience so I can get some more feedback from you.  Again, we will use this situation as a learning tool for our staff to better ourselves and communicate with our valued customers.Sincerely,[redacted]

This company is flat out LYING!!!  MY FAMILY WAS NOT IN THE COUNTRY ON APRIL 17, 2017!!!!! There is no way my husband, [redacted], would have made any such request, nor even been around to make a request, for a quote. We were in Mexico on April 17, 2017. We were on vacation between April 15 - April 22 with house sitters at our residence that entire time. This company has no factual basis for stating my husband requested a quote on that date, when we were out of the country.Because of this, I would like to know how they received our information to hound us for several months? In fact, they were calling us BEFORE April 17, 2017 but at our home number. We repeatedly told them to stop calling that number, which they finally did, and then starting calling my personal cell phone number. My husband would also never provide MY cell number for services HE supposedly requested - again, which he NEVER did.

[redacted] continues to claim that they never checked off on the waiver for us to contact them - we have investigated this internally and do see that a waiver was checked for their address. Obviously an error was made, but we have been unable to determine where this occurred. We want [redacted] to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure this doesn't happen again (to her or anyone else). The only way we contact a potential client is by their request or someone referring them to us, as we would need their name, address, phone number, and interest in lawn care to complete the quote. We do not cold call for this reason. Whether it was a neighbor / friend / family / referral who supplied their information, a mistake on part of our outreach representative going door-to-door, or a combination of the aforementioned possibilities, we are very sorry for the stress and trouble this has caused [redacted]. We hope this bring some clarity to the situation and helps put this to rest. We never have the intention of reaching out to any person who does not want to be contacted; we are simply human and human errors can occur from time to time.Thank you, and let me know if you have any questions.
