CUSTOMER SIGNED TWO DOCUMENTS THAT REFLECT HIS SIGNATURE STATING THAT HE IS AWARE THAT THIS IS A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR 12 MONTHS.

We are aware of this complaint and we have contacted the customer to no avail. I have furnished the customer with my cell number in hopes to resolve this matter. I will follow up with this complaint until resolved. thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: as I stated in my original complaint, the salesman told me they would transfer the service to our new address.  I told him the address and the salesman said it was no problem.  Then when we called they said they do not service the area.  So this is no remedy

I am rejecting this response because : as I stated before, I suspect that there has been deception regarding the length of the contract--that it may have been changed after the fact.  Additionally, the pest company's charge to end the service is nothing short of a penalty and in my opinion smacks of extortion.  It is exorbitant and more than I can afford.  There should have been some offer or negotiation by the pest company to begin with, rather than the company simply charging such an exorbitant penalty and expecting payment for service that I no longer even want.  I understand perfectly well that I am being forced to pay; however there will need to be some concession on the part of the pest company, to reduce the penalty charge.  Understand that I am totally dissatisfied with the manner in which the pest company has made this such a huge issue.  Even though I have read negative comments on the internet by other clients of this company and believe many of them, I was not particularly unhappy with this company until I received its penalty for ending its service.   As a result I would rather deal with the pests myself than continue with this company,, and I would be more than willing to go public with that statement.

I am rejecting this response because:I signed an IPAD the "sales man" or pest guy said it was just to prove he sprayed for free as a trail,...

did you guys get my real name, no, payment info, no it was just very generic info and when I signed he was watching while I did, and scrolled and said just sign. As I see in previous complaints this seems to be part of the way you guys do business. Why would I contract with another pest company while I was under contract with another.

I am rejecting this response because:
It looks like you don't understand. When I was having your services, my pest problem never got solved. Once I decided to handle it by myself, I saw results. Why would I let you come back to make my situation worst? Imagine for one second that instead of getting rid of pests, you were selling shoes. You charge an amount for a new pair of shoes every two months. Your customer pays for a new pair of shoes but gets none. How would that customer feel about it? You offer the customer another pair of shoes for free,  but the customer doesn't receive any. That's how I feel about it. I made myself a new pair of shoes.

DUE TO ART NOT COMPLETING SERVICE AGREEMENT WE REQUESTED ART TO PAY BACK THE DISCOUNT THAT HE RECEIVED OF 169.00 PLUS TAX WHICH IS 182.94. WE HAVE CONTACTED ART ON 7-28-17, 8-2-17 AND 8-4-17 TO RESOLVE CONCERNS AND GET ART SERVICED. ART HAS NEVER RESPONDED.
