Oh where to start.
In total, I paid Suzanne and her associate Ashlie 280.00 for sessions and makeup upgrades between December 2018 and February 2018. When I initially purchased my boudoir session, everyone who purchased photo packages was told that she would be putting up a calendar for the girls to schedule their shoots on her Facebook page and that we were to go there and schedule our own sessions. When I was finally able to access the calendar, there was nothing available for months. When I emailed Suzanne to express my concerns about the schedule, I received no response. I then waited several days and decided to reach out again. This time, I will admit I was a little on edge because I felt like as soon as I paid Suzanne, the communication completely stopped. Suzanne and I proceeded to have a “disagreement” about her professionalism and reliability to which I promptly apologized and explained to her my frustrations. I decided to keep my session and even bought an additional “outdoor session” that she began advertising on her Facebook page. Again, it became impossible to schedule my sessions because the schedule kept “crashing.” At this point, frustration began to rise, not only with myself, but other members of this photography page. As soon as anyone would express their concerns, Suzanne and her associates would take to forms of bullying with long “lectures” to “put the girls back in their place.”
Fast forward to August 2019. I still have yet to receive one session. My husband and I are now moving out of state, so I politely emailed Suzanne and asked her to please donate one of my sessions to a woman who can’t afford one as that would mean more to me than. seeking a refund. She thanks me and I go on about my day.
Fast forward to August 15th, 2019. Suzanne’s associate Ashlie began to advertise for a sexy “waterfall shoot” so my friend (who has had slightly better luck with these women) reached out to ask Ashlie if there is ANY chance she could squeeze me in before we move out of state for a mini waterfall session. Ashlie says absolutely and that she can do the shoot the following day (Friday.) I then message my husband ecstatic that she actually has a spot and I go on a hunt for a couple of outfits. I wait. And wait. Crickets. My husband then contacts Ashlie who assured him that she and I are still on for Friday evening. When he asks for a time and address, crickets. Fast forward to Sunday, still not a word from Ashlie. I then proceed to message Ashlie stating that I was very confused about why she thought I deserved to be treated with such blatant disrespect and that I didn’t appreciate being treated this way and the next thing I know, I have a message from Suzanne basically calling me a liar and telling me that I’m essentially the problem in this whole scenario. I requested that Suzanne refund the money I had given her at which point she replied with yet another snarky message that “she would post my session on her Facebook to sell and I would get a refund only when it was repurchased.
My husband, who is a practicing attorney, unfortunately has had to take this matter a step further due to Suzanne’s complete lack on professionalism.
Remember, there are countless numbers of talented individuals in a city this size that would love to be given an opportunity that these women take for granted. Please save your time, money and energy and choose a photographer that isn’t going to treat you like you’re a burden when you are PAYING for their services.

Suzanne *** is an exceptional photographer. I have not seen one photo of hers that is not beautiful and well done. She is more than that though. She is an excellent person with a beautiful soul. She, Ashlie ***, and the rest of her team work tirelessly to make sure that every one of her clients are taken care of. I have bought several packages from her, each one with different elements, and she has worked with me, every step of the way, to make sure that I am getting exactly what I want. Answering all of my questions promptly, clearly, and kindly, and making the whole experience feel practically effortless on my end. Her prices are quite fair, and she was open and honest up front about what all the things I wanted included were going to cost. I could not be happier that she was recommended to me, and I have confidently recommended her to others.

I was gifted a session by my sister in law as a baby shower gift to use for either newborn photos or family pictures. When it came time for me to contact Suzanne she got us scheduled with a date and time. I didn’t hear anything from her again until a few days before when she asked me if we could reschedule due to a doctors appointment, I said yes because I understand how doctors appointments could be. She only bumped the session back by a few hours. Then the day before she told me that she MIGHT have to reschedule due to “weather”, once again I was understanding only she didn’t contact me until after I checked in with her 10 minuets before we were supposed to be leaving, figuring if she hadn’t already rescheduled she wouldn’t. My husband had already taken time off from work for the photos and we were all dressed and ready to go when she finally responded saying it was “raining and dark” then proceeded to show me a screenshot from her weather app saying it was just cloudy. Family who lives in the same area said it was sunny and no rain. She moved us back several weeks to a day that was even more cloudy then the first and colder and rescheduled us with an associate instead. Afterwards I was told to contact Suzanne to see what her turn around time was so I could get an estimate on when I would be getting my pictures, she told me 3 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks going on 7 and I have not seen a single picture while I have been watching her post pictures from recent sessions instead. She has not contacted me ONCE on her own without me sending a message first, when I asked her about our pictures because family just received theirs even though they shot afer us she said she would look into it and didn’t respond until the next day after I messaged her AGAIN. She claims files were “labeled wrong” in her computer. How does a computer generate the wrong date? She then promised to get my photos to me he next day, that was yesterday and still nothing until I contacted her at 11:00 PM!! She then provided even more excuses as to why I had not gotten my photos on the day she promised. I would definitely NOT recommend using her as she is unprofessional, makes excuses for everything, doesn’t take responsibility, and you probably won’t end up getting her as your actual photographer anyways. She also refuses to give refunds even though she insists on prepayment, but instead will give “print credit” which is useless if you don’t use her. She is also extremely unorganized, doesn’t keep track of who paid for what and will try to make you think you bought a lesser package just so she doesn’t have to do as much work. For the sake of your own sanity, do not use Suzanne!!

Suzanne is kind understanding and overall amazing. I was referred to her by a friend of mine after seeing her photos I knew I wanted to schedule a photo shoot with her. Lucky for me she is accommodating of all price points meaning I was able to get the pictures of my dreams for a price I could afford. I have done 4 different photoshoots with her personally and seen 3 other photoshoots done for family members. They were all incredibly beautiful. I am blown away by the quality of her work, the price range she offers, her customer service and her business overall. Suzanne Neville photography is a business I intend to work with for all my picture needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Suzanne *** was absolutely wonderful to work with. We hired her for our wedding day after just chatting with her on the phone. She was bubbly, easy going and down to earth. Her process was simple and didn't involve a bunch of work. She checked in over the course of a year before our wedding, often and made us feel like we had a real friend. She even offered to take us out for drinks to take the stress off. Once wedding day arrived she held down the fort. She kept everyone in line, was stern when she needed to be but friendly and fit right in with everyone at the wedding. Our photos were beautiful and I am taken back every single time I view them. If you want a friend vs a business, this is your girl!

My wife and I contracted with this photographer to photograph our wedding, which was on June 9th, 2017 in Denver. We did receive electronic versions of our photos within 2 months of our wedding, which we were able to download, but since that time this photographer has failed to deliver the remaining products included in our contract. Specifically, now 10 months later, she has failed to deliver a photo of our choice on a 16"x20" canvas and our 8"x8" album. We have made multiple attempts in the last 8 months to contact the photographer with little success. During this period, she has twice removed our photos from her website and has failed to complete her terms of this contract.

This review is completely false. I delivered The clients gallery at the end of July. I recieved An email on July 27 staying they had recieved their gallery along with questions about how to get their canvas and their album. I responded That SAME day. Their email back was that they would get those selections over to me.

The next correspondence I recieved From *** (the bride) was on November 23 asking about their gallery. I was Out of the country until after Thanksgiving so they did not get a personalized response from me, they got an automated message explaining that I was out until after the holidays. I recieved another email a week later, just hours after I had returned and explained that I had Been out of the country - per the automated response they got and that I would Check into it. I also explained that my host had been down.

The gallery was not removed prematurely as stated. When I switched my business name from Suzanne M Photography to suzanne N Photography, everything, including all links that were linked to domain/host Suzanne M photography came down. I did Not know this would happen, therefore ALL galleries that were delivered prior to October errored out. I got Their gallery up and on December 9 they sent their selections for their album and canvas. I promised To take care of it AFTER the New Year which was done.

I did not ignore this couple. I responded To each email. There was a delay at some point over end of Jan/beginning of March because my son had surgery but that was it.

On friday I recieved A threatening email from *** and I responded As he asked me to. I also Included PROOF of their order and the approximate delivery date for their products.

Since he has continued to leave *** reviews saying that for 10 months they’ve been trying to get a hold of me, etc which is NOT true. I would Be more than happy to allow someone to log into my email to search their names and see all communication. I have Screen shots, tracking for their order and proof of the domain change that caused all galleries to come down.
