SWAT Environmental installed a radon mitigation unit in my home approximately 4 months ago. The unit is now not working. I have called the company 7 times and have gotten only one response. That the motor froze up. As I attempted to explain my situation, they hung up on me. Now will not return calls.
After repeated calls, a repairman arrived and replaced the unit to my satisfaction.
