10/27/2020 service in Watertown, WI 53094: Your sales rep. Nick and your installer Dylan *. were both very knowledgeable and professional. Dylan did a fantastic install. He managed to fit the evacuation pipe into a tight space installing it exactly where I hopped it could be placed. Being that we had a reading of 10.7 pCi/L on the main level of our home before the system was installed, I am happy to say my radon monitor was showing a one day average reading of less than one (1) in my basement less than 24 hours after the Radon Mitigation System was fully functional. It has now been running for just 27 hours and our Radon Monitor shows a one day average of 0.27 pCi/L. We are very satisficed. Price was right on what I was looking for. Installer was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He even took into account the effect on the aesthetics of the house when recommending placement. Sales staff was polite and helpful, but a little hard to reach by phone because there is no cueing system when dialing in. Haven't tested the system yet as it was installed today, but seems like it will do the job based on the amount of air it's moving.

Dillon was our installer and was very prompt, professional and efficient. He explained the process, asked if I had any questions and left the home clean and secure.

I have been in industrial sales for over 40+ years and I will say your Overall Customer Experience is exceptional. Prompt and timely communications, prompt and timely acknowledgements in overall communication throughout the entire project line-- Mike, our installer was professional, informative (wealth of information) and explained what he did along with the post install testing that we do-- you got a keeper here. Many company's could improve their Customer Experience by following what you practice each day--- thanks for a stress-less installation
The installer was very competent, worked quickly, routed the system well, and cleaned up after himself.
