I do NOT recommend using Swift Moving Systems at all! They have no customer service, the ones that call you are from a call center and barely speak Englist took five weeks to get my things only after I have been calling and complaining multiple timesAnd when I finally got my things, some boxes are busted and I'm missing my TV stand! Do Not use this company to move

First of all, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They mislead me on price, took forever, and DESTROYED multiple itemsNamely, I HAD a nice solid wood TV stand that was damaged so bad that it couldn't even be used againIt was so badly broken that it was almost comical I needed to move from Iowa to Florida in a shortened timeline due to accepting a new jobI was going to use a Uhaul and move my own things as I didn't have that much to move However, I decided to compare prices and was contacted by Swift Moving SystemsIt was the first company that called me and I was skeptical on moving services in terms of price I spoke with [redacted] who was actually pretty nice (I thought), but I told him what I had to move and he gave me a price of roughly $which was fairly inexpensive He told me that since I had a small load that it could be put with another truck but that I only had a limited time to decideI read through the contract and the estimate and didn't do my due diligence which was regretful The movers arriveddays after they said they wouldAfter they got there and assessed my load they said that it was going to cost another dollarsI had no choice as I had already put down a deposit It looked like the movers wrapped everything up nicely in order to protect themBut I believe that the moving of my stuff to different trucks through different facilities and drivers led to lack of accountability I am going to try and get as much money back as I can but it was a learning experience that was expensive and won't soon be forgotten

Never use this companyI was Quoted over the phone a price after listing every item in my home and even added extra boxes just in caseThe driver, he arrived hours late, loaded all my belongings on the truckOnly after that he tells me the price is $MORE then the quoted price!! When I complained I was told by the driver; "well I can take all your stuff off the truck"I felt like a hostage, all my belongings on a truck and it was o'clock at night and I was on a flight the next dayWhen I arrived at my location and provided the company with my new address I was told it could be up to days before my stuff would be deliveredAnother surpriseI called customer service and after that went nowhere I asked for a manager, I was transferred into a generic voicemail with no name after being on hold minutes, that message has yet to be returnedI called back and spoke to another customer service rep and asked a manager call me, I was told one wouldAgain, no return call NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANYThere are far too many other options

I wouldn't hire any other company but Swift moving systems given the way they operateThey're always booked way ahead of time thoughI was over the moon for being able to book a slot withThis company has been in the business for long enough to really understand how it worksAs expected, the crew arrived right on timeThey were packing everything very quickly but with precisionThey were very fast at packing and loading all my things into their vanThey made the delivery the next day and everything arrived there safelyI can recommend this company without a shred of doubt

I was so confused about which moving company to hireThen my brother suggested the name of Swift moving systemsWhen I called them, they seemed very friendly and informativeThey really gave me a good deal on the priceThe movers arrived early on the movingI just couldn't believe how fast the men wereThey packed and loaded everything from my apartment in just under an hourThe delivery was made on time as wellAll my goods made it without suffering any damagesIt really was a very easy relocation

I have read many people complaining about how their valuables went missing during a moveLuckily, I faced nothing like that while Swift moving systems handled my moveThe movers they sent were so experienced and extremely reliableThey packed everything efficiently and it came to fruition when they delivered each item unharmed to my new houseThey didn't charge me a cent over the quote and in my book that is professionalismI am gob smacked by how easy this move was

I have seen my share of really bad moving companiesI have hired them from Craigslist and from all other reliable sourcesBut never did I see movers as efficient as the ones from Swift moving systemsThey moved our valuables in JanuaryThis move couldn't have gone any easierThese men arrived early and packed up everything very quicklyI just sat on the window seat and watched them taking such good care of my valuablesThey were extra careful with the breakablesThey took inventory thoroughly and matched the list when they delivered my goodsI cannot emphasize enough on just how good these movers really wereHire them and see it for yourself

I did not have so many things but some of my things were really large, for example my kitchen tableHowever, these people did their best so that everything stayed intact, including my big kitchen tableThese guys were so nice, energetic and professionalsThey worked hard and fast with a lot of enthusiasmI really appreciated that they arrived earlier and started working immediately without wasting any timeI received a nice and relaxed move! The price was excellent, the service was excellent, and my move was excellent! There was not a single scratch on my belongingsGreat job!

Swift moving System US DOT: XXXXXXX MC: XXXXXX - One of the worst service provider I have come across so farI have booked my house move with them on 30th sep and still it is not delivered (good business days) on 27th augustOn 30th Sep, they promised me to be at home by 10-am and didn't turn up till 8:PMThis is despite paying them extra $for fixing a given day without alternative dayTheir delivery schedule says - 0-miles: 1-business days XXX-XXX miles: 1-business days XXX-XXXX miles: 3-business days XXXX-XXXX miles: 4-business days XXXX-XXXX miles: 4-business days XXXX-XXXX miles: 5-business days So being miles distance it should be business days and now it is days over to SLASwift moving system is an agent company and dont own anythingduring move pickup team was different and now delivery team (very rude ppl) is calling me from texas numberI have to call my handler now everytime and he just pass [redacted] bucket to other peopleHe was different person to accept call in eve or night before I book the orderFolks, please do not accept business from this company as they bump your cost during move and charge you higher rate compare to othersfor CF I am paying $

Never, ever in my life have I dealt with a company like this DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SALESMAN BRETT PARKER WHO ASSURES YOU OF ALL SORTS OF GOOD THINGS, ALL OF WHICH ARE LIES!! Once Swift gets your down payment you will never be able to get them again They say they do not contract out but they DO as I learned when a junked up truck with graffiti arrived to pick up furniture in California I used this company to move myself from Colorado to Nokomis, Fl and at the same time had them move my daughter from California to Nokomis Two supposedly simultaneous moves The California move was picked up on June 26, the Colorado one June 17th after the pickup date was changed several times (then they actually came at 10:pm at night!!) the company was told we wanted delivery July What a jokeAfter calling various numbers (the customer service is even contracted out) I was told the furniture was on the truck I was told this times in the span of a month! I was able to locate the owners name with some help [redacted] AT XXXXX COLLINS AVE #502, SUNNY ISLE FLORIDA (where it appears some businesses are run out of that address) and got in touch with him by saying to the customer service person that I owned a moving company and wanted to sell it to him I was transferred! When I told him who I was (apparently everyone associated with the company knew who I was from the huge number of messages and emails I sent (none of which were replied to, he informed me that he had directed his people to load my belongs days previously and he was going to call them immediately to verify that it had been done He was to call me back in min (he didn't want to keep me on hold) Well guess what - HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! SOI was back to square one Long story short furniture arrived on the last day of Sept Stuff was missing and broken Did I do anything? NO, there was no point because I would go through the same awful experience again trying to get it resolved I wanted nothing more to do with this company I could go on and on but I will leave it at NEVER, EVER USED THIS COMPANY! By the way they have supposedly offices in Chicago area, Miami, Denver and one or two other areas so don't be fooled by the location

We looked for a good moving company for a long time and did not know which one to chooseMy girlfriend was worried since she never had a good experience with moving companiesSome of her belongings were lost in the pastTo be honest, I thought that this move was going to be a nightmare as well, but thank God, it was excellent! I was the one to contacted the salesman at Swift moving systems and it he who was very kind and courteous and answered all my questionsAfter we finished our conversation, I told my girlfriend that they seemed to be good, kind and efficientAnd I was rightOur team of movers came to our home on time, got everything packed up very quicklyAll our possessions were intactMy girlfriend was thrilled because all her books were there, none was lostWhen we arrived to our new apartment, the guys organized all our items according to her requestsAll in all, we both were super satisfied with Swift moving systemsThe price was low, the service high!

It was my first move, that also across USAIt was simply daunting because I had to start all overAnyway, I hired Swift moving systems because of the amazing reviews I have read about them and they could fit me into a very busy weekendThe crew arrived on time and started workingThey packed everything with amazing skills and creativityNo detail was spared and they were very thoroughMy breakables were given extra attentionThe best thing about these four men was how friendly they wereThey were always smiling, even when they were carrying my huge couchThis move was supposed to be a nightmare but the movers turned it into a really nice memoryThey delivered on time tooThey didn't overcharge me and I can't thank them enough for it

Swift moving systems really is unlike any other moving company out thereThey took such great care of me and my belongingsI couldn't afford to pay too much so they gave me a budget deal where I did the packing and they just moved my thingsI was happy with thatThe movers showed up on time and we weren't ready just thenThey waited for us to finish for an hourThey didn't even charge us for itThese guys are so considerate and helpfulMy valuables were safely transported on timeI thank these guys from the bottom of my heart

There are so many moving companies operating but Swift moving systems is undoubtedly the bestMy whole move was done within a few days, including the travel time! The movers showed up right on time and they finished packing everything very fastAfter loading the van, they were offThey reached my new condo even before I didThey unpacked, assembled the furniture and put them in the right placesAll that efficiency came at such a tiny price tag

I have worked with Swift moving systems previously so I hired them again for my last moveAs always, they delivered what they promisedMost moving companies would give you a time and then show up lateBut this company was very honestThe movers arrived right on time and took just hours to finish loading everythingTheir packing skills are always greatThe delivery was made on time and nothing was damagedThere is no moving company more reliable than this one in my opinion

DON'T TRUST SWIFT MOVERS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!!! Like others, I was quoted a price for moving my items from Minneapolis to DenverThey did not ask very specific qualifying questions to determine how much stuff I actually hadOn the day of pickup, they loaded the truck with my stuff and then told me it would cost an additional $to move my stuffSound familiar? This was more than double the initial quoteTHEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are redirected to a website to request information on your move! Once you fill out their form you get an automated email response that says that you stuff is still sitting in a warehouse awaiting pickupEVEN IF YOU TALK TO A REAL PERSON, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THEIR TRACKING WEB SITE, and around in circles you go

Worst......company.......ever!!! First off, their sales people aren't really into telling you the truth, just want you want to hear I have been in sales for years and I cannot for the life of me figure out how my sales guy, ***, can sleep at night knowing how much [redacted] is coming out of his mouth I truly hope he doesn't kiss his kids with that cesspool of a mouth Good old [redacted] will tell you to look at their reviews on Revdex.com, which sounds trustworthy, but upon further digging you will notice that all of their positive reviews are within the last months A bit suspicious for a company that has "over a decade of experience in the moving industry" (quote from their website) I am guessing that their reputation management company "movingclaims.net" is responsible for those and aren't actual customers DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING [redacted] TELLS YOU He will disappear as soon as your stuff is loaded on the truck The movers arrived on 6/19/to pick up our gear I was informed by [redacted] that according to their schedule the truck would be going directly to California where I was to arrive five days later But alas, that was not the case and the movers had taken it to a warehouse facility in Chicago So now that they have your stuff, you now go into what I have dubbed "phone call purgatory" I, of course, left message (the last being quite rude) with [redacted] for an update on when I can expect my stuff to arrive [redacted] declared that he would be my point of contact through the ENTIRE moving process Apparently his concept of the ENTIRE moving process was through contract signing Obviously [redacted] is not going to be much help so onto the next level of purgatory Now I get to do battle with their phone tree Called dispatch, sales (yes again) and customer service at - there was no answer Tried again and heard a message to the effect that "everybody is at lunch" please call back later or leave a message Called back several times to try for dispatch again and was forwarded to customer serviceThey said, we cannot help you but you can go to movingclaims.net and fill out a claim there Seems a bit backwards, but sure I fill it out, and then get a popup telling me someone will contact me within business days At this point I lose my st! After a bit of detective work, I was able to track down the owner's cell phone through the power of the Internet I got him on the horn and he was able to give me the lowdown on my gear Mind he was a bit surprised at my call He informed me that no driver is available to bring it from Chicago facility to my home in California They "are working on it." Now I have to sit and wait in my empty house for my stuff to arrive Finally, our stuff arrived on 7/11/ I don't know about you, but I think that is a long time to be without your stuffPlease note that they are contractually obligated to have their stuff to your house by a certain time period regardless of what they tell you In our case, they had business days They did not break contract so obviously my only recourse is try and help somebody else from making a bad decision Do not trust these folk! Move on to another company

All I wanted for this move to be is hassle-freeThank god for Swift moving systems which made it happen! They were very efficient and creativeThey used the right amount of packing material for everything and their packing skills were amazingWhen the delivery was made, I was surprised to see just glasses broken and a little scratch on the sofaThey quoted very low and it was reflected in the final billI thank them very genuinely

I have relocated with several moving companies before but none was as good as Swift moving systemsThese guys made sure my move goes as smoothly as it possibly couldI had no issues with themThey were inexpensive, professional and efficientI couldn't really hope for more from a moving companyThe movers were prompt and they listened to my instructions properlyThey delivered all my belongings in great condition and I was just so happyI highly recommend these guys

As I read several other individuals troubles with Swift Moving Systems I have noticed several similarities with our own moveFirst my booking agent lied to me about the probable delivery dateShe told me it was very likely to be in our new city in days so I said " super, my daughter is out there now and I am driving out to help set up her new apartment and will be there a day before the truck arrives." it's been days and yesterday we were told the load was still in our home town in a storage facility and has not yet been scheduled a truck for transportThe agent, ***, then informed me that the load may not be delivered for days and claimed she told me that at bookingSecond lieAfter loading *** claimed the load was 50% heavier and cost $moreThird lieIt was lighter by 50#These people are deceitful
