Worst......company.......ever!!!

First off, their sales people aren't really into telling you the truth, just want you want to hear. I have been in sales for 15 years and I cannot for the life of me figure out how my sales guy, [redacted], can sleep at night knowing how much [redacted] is coming out of his mouth. I truly hope he doesn't kiss his kids with that cesspool of a mouth. Good old [redacted] will tell you to look at their reviews on Revdex.com, which sounds trustworthy, but upon further digging you will notice that all of their positive reviews are within the last 8 months. A bit suspicious for a company that has "over a decade of experience in the moving industry" (quote from their website). I am guessing that their reputation management company "movingclaims.net" is responsible for those and aren't actual customers. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING [redacted] TELLS YOU. He will disappear as soon as your stuff is loaded on the truck.

The movers arrived on 6/19/2016 to pick up our gear. I was informed by [redacted] that according to their schedule the truck would be going directly to California where I was to arrive five days later. But alas, that was not the case and the movers had taken it to a warehouse facility in Chicago. So now that they have your stuff, you now go into what I have dubbed "phone call purgatory". I, of course, left 7 message (the last being quite rude) with [redacted] for an update on when I can expect my stuff to arrive. [redacted] declared that he would be my point of contact through the ENTIRE moving process. Apparently his concept of the ENTIRE moving process was through contract signing. Obviously [redacted] is not going to be much help so onto the next level of purgatory.

Now I get to do battle with their phone tree. Called dispatch, sales (yes again) and customer service at - there was no answer. Tried again and heard a message to the effect that "everybody is at lunch" please call back later or leave a message. Called back several times to try for dispatch again and was forwarded to customer service. They said, we cannot help you but you can go to movingclaims.net and fill out a claim there. Seems a bit backwards, but sure. I fill it out, and then get a popup telling me someone will contact me within 3 business days. At this point I lose my st!

After a bit of detective work, I was able to track down the owner's cell phone through the power of the Internet. I got him on the horn and he was able to give me the lowdown on my gear. Mind he was a bit surprised at my call. He informed me that no driver is available to bring it from Chicago facility to my home in California. They "are working on it."

Now I have to sit and wait in my empty house for my stuff to arrive. Finally, our stuff arrived on 7/11/2016. I don't know about you, but I think that is a long time to be without your stuff. Please note that they are contractually obligated to have their stuff to your house by a certain time period regardless of what they tell you. In our case, they had 21 business days. They did not break contract so obviously my only recourse is try and help somebody else from making a bad decision. Do not trust these folk! Move on to another company.

I have worked with Swift moving systems previously so I hired them again for my last move. As always, they delivered what they promised. Most moving companies would give you a time and then show up late. But this company was very honest. The movers arrived right on time and took just 3 hours to finish loading everything. Their packing skills are always great. The delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. There is no moving company more reliable than this one in my opinion.

The moving I hired at first showed a lot of promise but the movers were a no show. In a rush, I called swift moving systems, which has a great reputation in the market. They quoted a very low price, even lower than the other company, and I was wondering why I hadn't hired them in the first place. Their performance was so professional. The movers were punctual, efficient and strong. They were so helpful and polite. In the end, the bill was exactly what they estimated earlier. I am so thankful to these guys.

I don't even remember how many times I have hired these guys. Not only for me, I hired them when my brother was relocating or my friends were moving. I have such a special bond with the guys from Swift moving systems. I know what they are capable of and that's why I have come to expect only perfection from them. They have never failed to deliver. Even during my last move I hired them. They were amazing as usual. The crew arrived on time, packed up everything efficiently and loaded them onto the truck in no time. I don't even bother getting an estimate from them anymore because I know in the end I'm winning for their efficiency. My goods are always delivered on time and hardly anything ever breaks. I suggest everyone to hire these guys.

I did not have so many things but some of my things were really large, for example my kitchen table. However, these people did their best so that everything stayed intact, including my big kitchen table. These guys were so nice, energetic and professionals. They worked hard and fast with a lot of enthusiasm. I really appreciated that they arrived earlier and started working immediately without wasting any time. I received a nice and relaxed move! The price was excellent, the service was excellent, and my move was excellent! There was not a single scratch on my belongings. Great job!

I have seen my share of really bad moving companies. I have hired them from Craigslist and from all other reliable sources. But never did I see movers as efficient as the ones from Swift moving systems. They moved our valuables in January. This move couldn't have gone any easier. These men arrived early and packed up everything very quickly. I just sat on the window seat and watched them taking such good care of my valuables. They were extra careful with the breakables. They took inventory thoroughly and matched the list when they delivered my goods. I cannot emphasize enough on just how good these movers really were. Hire them and see it for yourself.

I do NOT recommend using Swift Moving Systems at all! They have no customer service, the ones that call you are from a call center and barely speak English. It took five weeks to get my things only after I have been calling and complaining multiple times. And when I finally got my things, some boxes are busted and I'm missing my TV stand! Do Not use this company to move.

It was my first move, that also across USA. It was simply daunting because I had to start all over. Anyway, I hired Swift moving systems because of the amazing reviews I have read about them and they could fit me into a very busy weekend. The crew arrived on time and started working. They packed everything with amazing skills and creativity. No detail was spared and they were very thorough. My breakables were given extra attention. The best thing about these four men was how friendly they were. They were always smiling, even when they were carrying my huge couch. This move was supposed to be a nightmare but the movers turned it into a really nice memory. They delivered on time too. They didn't overcharge me and I can't thank them enough for it.

Never use this company. I was Quoted over the phone a price after listing every item in my home and even added extra boxes just in case. The driver, he arrived 3 hours late, loaded all my belongings on the truck. Only after that he tells me the price is $1600 MORE then the quoted price!! When I complained I was told by the driver; "well I can take all your stuff off the truck". I felt like a hostage, all my belongings on a truck and it was 11 o'clock at night and I was on a flight the next day. When I arrived at my location and provided the company with my new address I was told it could be up to 21 days before my stuff would be delivered. Another surprise. I called customer service and after that went nowhere I asked for a manager, I was transferred into a generic voicemail with no name after being on hold 10 minutes, that message has yet to be returned. I called back and spoke to another customer service rep and asked a manager call me, I was told one would. Again, no return call.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. There are far too many other options.

I have read many people complaining about how their valuables went missing during a move. Luckily, I faced nothing like that while Swift moving systems handled my move. The movers they sent were so experienced and extremely reliable. They packed everything efficiently and it came to fruition when they delivered each item unharmed to my new house. They didn't charge me a cent over the quote and in my book that is professionalism. I am gob smacked by how easy this move was.

I was so confused about which moving company to hire. Then my brother suggested the name of Swift moving systems. When I called them, they seemed very friendly and informative. They really gave me a good deal on the price. The movers arrived early on the moving. I just couldn't believe how fast the men were. They packed and loaded everything from my apartment in just under an hour. The delivery was made on time as well. All my goods made it without suffering any damages. It really was a very easy relocation.

DON'T TRUST SWIFT MOVERS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!!! Like others, I was quoted a price for moving my items from Minneapolis to Denver. They did not ask very specific qualifying questions to determine how much stuff I actually had. On the day of pickup, they loaded the truck with my stuff and then told me it would cost an additional $1700 to move my stuff. Sound familiar? This was more than double the initial quote. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are redirected to a website to request information on your move! Once you fill out their form you get an automated email response that says that you stuff is still sitting in a warehouse awaiting pickup. EVEN IF YOU TALK TO A REAL PERSON, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THEIR TRACKING WEB SITE, and around in circles you go.

People hardly maintain their appointment times these days. So when I hired Swift moving systems to conduct my move from, I wasn't expecting then to be any different. But, to my surprise, the movers arrived 15 minutes early on the moving day. They packed everything very quickly and left within a very short time. They delivered right on the promised date and I was very glad to see that all my things have made it to my new house in great shape. It's so refreshing to see people still caring about being punctual.

There are so many moving companies operating but Swift moving systems is undoubtedly the best. My whole move was done within a few days, including the travel time! The movers showed up right on time and they finished packing everything very fast. After loading the van, they were off. They reached my new condo even before I did. They unpacked, assembled the furniture and put them in the right places. All that efficiency came at such a tiny price tag.

My parents had to move in such a short notice and we were in need of a good mover. My family went through a huge transformation and this moving company was there for us throughout the entire process. I am forever grateful that they moved my elderly parents in timely fashion and didn't break their fragile items. I couldn't have asked or paid for a better, stress-free move. Swift moving systems did everything right from the packing till moving the last box.

Swift moving System US DOT: XXXXXXX MC: XXXXXX - One of the worst service provider I have come across so far. I have booked my house move with them on 30th sep and still it is not delivered (good 20 business days) on 27th august. On 30th Sep, they promised me to be at home by 10-11 am and didn't turn up till 8:30 PM. This is despite paying them extra $100 for fixing a given day without alternative day. Their delivery schedule says -
0-250 miles: 1-5 business days.
XXX-XXX miles: 1-10 business days.
XXX-XXXX miles: 3-14 business days.
XXXX-XXXX miles: 4-16 business days.
XXXX-XXXX miles: 4-18 business days.
XXXX-XXXX miles: 5-21 business days.
So being 1200 miles distance it should be 16 business days and now it is 4 days over to SLA. Swift moving system is an agent company and dont own anything. during move pickup team was different and now delivery team (very rude ppl) is calling me from texas number. I have to call my handler now everytime and he just pass [redacted] bucket to other people. He was different person to accept call in eve or night before I book the order. Folks, please do not accept business from this company as they bump your cost during move and charge you higher rate compare to others. for 420 CF I am paying $2500.

Swift moving systems really is unlike any other moving company out there. They took such great care of me and my belongings. I couldn't afford to pay too much so they gave me a budget deal where I did the packing and they just moved my things. I was happy with that. The movers showed up on time and we weren't ready just then. They waited for us to finish for an hour. They didn't even charge us for it. These guys are so considerate and helpful. My valuables were safely transported on time. I thank these guys from the bottom of my heart.

First of all, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They mislead me on price, took forever, and DESTROYED multiple items. Namely, I HAD a nice solid wood TV stand that was damaged so bad that it couldn't even be used again. It was so badly broken that it was almost comical.

I needed to move from Iowa to Florida in a shortened timeline due to accepting a new job. I was going to use a Uhaul and move my own things as I didn't have that much to move.

However, I decided to compare prices and was contacted by Swift Moving Systems. It was the first company that called me and I was skeptical on moving services in terms of price.

I spoke with [redacted] who was actually pretty nice (I thought), but I told him what I had to move and he gave me a price of roughly $1800 which was fairly inexpensive.

He told me that since I had a small load that it could be put with another truck but that I only had a limited time to decide. I read through the contract and the estimate and didn't do my due diligence which was regretful.

The movers arrived...2 days after they said they would. After they got there and assessed my load they said that it was going to cost another 300 dollars. I had no choice as I had already put down a deposit.

It looked like the movers wrapped everything up nicely in order to protect them. But I believe that the moving of my stuff to different trucks through different facilities and drivers led to lack of accountability.

I am going to try and get as much money back as I can but it was a learning experience that was expensive and won't soon be forgotten.

After working in the city for 23 years, my wife and I were retired and decided to move to where we grew up. Of course we were downsizing from a 5-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment. So, a lot of our furniture and other stuffs just had to go. My daughter lives in Colorado and my youngest son lives in Utah; they were both very keen on giving our old furniture a new lease on life. When we hired Swift moving systems, we mentioned that they would have to deliver some of our things to our children before making the final delivery. They were very helpful. The crew efficiently packed all our stuffs. While loading them onto the vans, they put our things in the back while putting the stuffs that would go to the other stops in the front. This ensured no shuffling of things at the multiple stops. All the stops received their goods on scheduled dates and everything was in tip-top condition. The final bill was very attractive as well.
