We apologize for any inconvenience [redacted] may have experienced. Per terms and conditions of the card posted at our website www.prepaidcardstatus.com and printed on the back of the card. The card funds do expire on the date printed on the front of the card and are subject to a $10 reissue fee for any reason including expiration date, which a new card has to be reissued to the cardholder. The $2.95 monthly maintenance fee is applicable after expiration as well for each month expired. The corporate incentive reward cards that Swift Prepaid Solutions issues, do fall within other guidelines and are able to have different expiration dates, unlike consumer funded gift cards, which do have a longer set expiration date. The original cards (ending in [redacted] remain expired and unusable due to the expiration date encoded in the magnetic stripe on the back of the card.  As an exception and a one- courtesy to the cardholder [redacted], all four cards have been reissued minus all applicable fees. As an exception and a courtesy to the cardholder, Ms. [redacted], we will be reissuing her card minus the $2.95 per month fee following the card expiration. The card amount, when expired on 05/31/2014, was $115.00. The new reissued card (minus $2.95/month for five (5) months expired) will be $100.25. Of course this was much more than an inconvenience. A business I did a project for ignored my 3 attempts of communication. I'd say that goes above and beyond an inconvenience.  You sent me an email with the dispute form attached on September 21 before I received an email from Revdex.com saying you replied to my complaint. I see on the dispute form that you require 10 out of the 16 digit card number when submitting disputes and you also require a reference number for the transaction. I wrote back to that email address [redacted]  the next day asking you to send me the 16 digit card number as well as the reference numbers for each of the transactions shown in my account. You didn't reply. I then wrote back again on September 26 asking you to reply and provide me the 16 digit card number and reference numbers for each transaction shown in my account.You already know I lost this card. I NEED THAT INFORMATION TO START A DISPUTE! I have not received a reply from the 2nd email I sent you asking for this information

At that time, the process to recover funds was initiated and the funds were returned to the card on 07/15/2014, which was within the standard 90 day timeframe previously communicated to [redacted]. Per terms and conditions of the card, a $10 reissuance fee is applied for any reason that a new card has to be reissued including expired cards. The original card (ending in 5052) has expired and unusable due to the expiration date. As an exception and a courtesy to the card holder [redacted], we will reissue the card and waive the fee.
