This company is a joke! I have been dealing with billing issues with this company for over yearsI have two children that have received medical services in [redacted] ***The billing for these services came from this companyI have lost count of how many times they have billed my insurance incorrectly, duplicate billing, and threatened to take me to collections over incorrectly filed billsJust last year this company sent me to collection without notifying me, or correctly billing my insuranceAfter providing proof to all credit agencies the hit on my credit was reversed as best it could beI can not stand this companies customer service or their billing practicesThey are only after money and their employees will not file your insurance correctly to get paid without causing you headaches and countless final noticesCurrently just on my one son who is 10m old I have bills the insurance has denied due to being duplicate, or incorrectly stating the patients name (mind you I have documented each time I have called and given the insurance information to this company)Will be speaking with [redacted] about whether they can hire a different company for their services because this one is not for helping children and families!

I received a bill from Medical Center Radiologists for service dated on 12/5/17, the statement date was 2/10/for $I called on 3/8/and they informed my I actually owed $31, so I paid $and wrote down a confirmation codeI called back on 3/16/and paid the remaining $Since then they have sent me to *** *** *** with a date of 4/28/and that I owed $I called as soon as I saw the bill and *** told me Medical Center Radiologists opened and closed the account on me the same dayThat it was an error and I owed nothingToday, 5/22/18, I got a phone call from the same debt collection agency, asking for the original $13.64, which I told them the amounts, dates, and confirmation numbers, and paid the $again to make sure there would be no issuesNow, in total, I've paid $44.64, and only received in the mail a bill for $I called Medical Center Radiologists today, 5/22/and they have no record of my payments on 3/8/or 3/16/

Sept- Received automated phone message from Medical Center Radiologists saying this was final attempt to reach me about outstanding medical bill balances and to contact them since after a review they might submit my account to a collection agencyI had not heard from them beforeWhen I called them, they said that they send "text" messages and then wait to hear from customers, only sending a bill if requested to do so by the customer! I confirmed with my cell phone carrier that my text plan is inactivated as I had requested previously; so, my carrier said that text messages sent to me will not come throughAlso, my insurance company and this company were still processing my bills and insurance claims/explanation of benefits statements anyway! Medical Center Radiologists, Inc.(PO Bx 37, Indianapolis, IN 46206, Ph: 866-334-9717) has an unethical contact and billing approach initially that impressed me as confusing, ineffective, disrespectful, and unnecessarily and intentionally intimidating

*** *** Hospital, located in *** ** is WorthlessI went into the ER 1/27/with Back should pain and was told I was having a heartattack, that was found to be NOT true several hours later when I checked into *** *** and was release 930pm without any proof of a heartattact or damage to my heart or anything that would have me stay in hospitalI am anger at *** *** because I heard horror stories in the past but did not think it would happen to me a full investgation should be done because these doctors and nurses don't know there jobs and they are always training, no one permanent there
