For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.-As of Tuesday, November 15, 2016, I have NOT recieved any of my items that was supposedly mailed by the manager at Run, Jump and PlayThey have not provided any tracking information which lead me to believe that is was never sent? I 'm requesting a full refund for my items lost? I have documented receipts of the items that were misplaced on the behalf of Run, Jump, and Play/Swings N Things? The total amount for my missing items is ? $I am also requesting a refund for the charges of the party excluding the pizza and beverages that was ordered.-Again, I have asked to speak with someone other than the general manager to express my concerns about the $credit, and I was told that the owner "doesn't handle things like this".? -As stated before, I spoke with the manager concerning my dissatisfaction with the lack of organization, the lack of help the day of my children party as well them loosing my items? This has been an AWFUL experience-This company has stated that they have "went over and beyond" to get my items that was sent to another customer's home; as if they were doing me a favor? She received a good and fun birthday partyIt was a very busy saturday and her decorations were put into the wrong roomWe have apologized for the mishapMistakes do happen from time to timeShe was offered a $punch passWhen she refused the punch pass, she was offered a $refundWe made a special trip out to the customer that accidentally took her super hero decorations home to retrieve themHer purchase price was after her $depositShe received the services, had the party and the only complaint we had at any given point was her decorations were missingShe also admitted that she realized it as soon as she entered the party room but did not mention it again until the call later that weekWe have tried to rectify the mishap

As I see it now, this issue has not been resolved and the apology and offer of $credit to come back to an event location that treats customers this way and is so disorganized, does not take care of the issue The issue is that as a customer expecting a high standard of treatment did not receive what was afforded to them both ni customer service and satisfactionThe kids having fun is not the issueWe paid to have this party at this location because we were promised a convenient, fun, and hassle free experience, which is what made the cost worth it However, the amount of work we had to put into to this party due to lack of appropriate staffing (it was a busy Saturday, so they should have brought in more employees) and knowledgeable associates has cost our family more in damagesTrying to appease us with an attempt of credit of $to a location, we have no desire to return; is simply a slap in the faceThere has been a great deal of stalling and lack of communication on their part outside of my attempts to resolve all issues relative to this conflict that were shared immediately to day of the event It has been almost a monthOctober 1st to be exact, and if they made a special trip to retrieve our personal belongings, then why have they not made it to our home or at best been reimbursed for our financial loss At this point in time, we no longer want the decorations lost, we would just like a financial compensation, not in a credit to return to this location Because of the lack of satisfaction with how our event was ran that day, outside the food, we are requesting a refundThis is not how businesses in the Revdex.com should treat their customersEven upon contacting the Revdex.com, this company has still not attempted to contact us regarding our missing belongings; which she said had been sent out weeks agoIn summary, this company has not addressed the issues of this dispute, details are written above; they have not contacted us, and we still do not have our belongingsThey have not met the agreement, because we have not received payment for the belongings they lostOverall, we were upset with the ENTIRE event, from staffing, to cost, to lack of organization the day of the event, to their lack of follow up as relates to our concerns and complaints.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.- I have not recieved any of my belongings that was misplaced/given away by this company For the passed weeks, (on three different occasions) I was told that it was going to be mailed, but I have yet to receive anything At this point, I would like a full refund for my items that were lost/sent home with strangers and the charges from the birthday party I do not have a problem paying for the pizza and juice that was ordered.-I had many conversations with the manager expressing my concerns of unhappiness with not having my children birthday party decorations, the disorganization, and the lack of help -The service was not given to me in a professional manner That is why I asked to speak with a different manager to share these concerns and I was told that this person was the only manager and that "the owner doesn't return these type of phone calls".-When booking my party over the phone (sometime in Sept2016) I found an online $off coupon that was used prior to This coupon has nothing to do with what has happened during and after the birthday partyThe $refund was not a mutual agreement I shared with the manager that I wanted to talk to the person in charge about it, due to my overall unhappiness with everything including the terrible customer service that I recieved from the manager.-As far as my conversation to party facilitator about my missing items: I spoke with "party facilitator" times about my missing items and even described them too her After asking her the 2nd time for my items that were given to this company to hold (which is what we were told to do when we arrived) she stated that she could not find them at that time, however, she said that she would setup the items once she found the missing cart -I have not heard from the owner concerning anything.Regards,

We went to the Post Office and found the itemsThey were not deliverable and sitting with no return addressWe will re-box them and send them back out to you once we have repackaged them in a big enough box.

I apologize that the customer feels entitled to not pay for the services renderedThey had a great birthday party other than the missing itemsI will again explain that on a very rare occasion and extremely busy day there will be mishaps in any type of businessAfter she rejected a $punch pass, we offered her $and she accepted thatWe mailed all of her items back to herI spoke with her twice, not many timesI explained to her the first time that we would find her items as we did by driving to the customers house to pick them upI then explained to her that the items were mailed, as they wereShe can call us back and I will refund her another $due to the fact that she feels $wasn't enough and apparently stating that her items were not returned to her mailI hand delivered them myself to the postman and they were mailed outAs far as the owner not calling, he has an Operations Manager that handles these issues and that is exactly what The OM didWe went above and beyond to make up for the items being taken home by another parentThe customer had a hour party that went smooth until she realized that there were decorations missingIf she would like $more refunded to her, she will need to call us to get that credited back to her card

The services were given to her in a very professional manner and the only complaint she had on the phone was her belongings missing which we went above and beyond to collect from the customer that accidentally took them home. She was given a $20 coupon and a $50 refund. She herself stated that she recognized they were not in the room when they entered  but did not make an attempt to mention it to us to find them. With 20 parties, the mistake of misplacing something may happen from time to time. We strive to do the absolute best by taking measures to prevent this and remain organized in every way. It was 2 children with the same name. A very simple mistake but we have apologized immensely and given her a refund amount.

We went to the Post Office and found the items. They were not deliverable and sitting with no return address. We will re-box them and send them back out to you once we have repackaged them in a big enough box.
