Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  As stated in the previous claims, I have no desire in receiving the items that have been in someone else’s possession and missing/ lost for over two months.  I specifically ordered the items for my children’s birthday party on October 1st. Due to their negligence, disorganization, and not being prepared, it was given to someone else and I was unable to have a well-planned, prepared, organized, and work free party. Therefore, the items lost are no use to me now.  Not only that, my items that I requested to be brought to the party room during my event and also to be set up cannot be returned to the original vendors by it being two months + later.   I just want to reiterate that I'm still pursuing my claim of a full refund for the services (excluding food and drinks) and the items that were lost on October 1, 2016. I apologize that the customer feels entitled to not pay for the services rendered. They had a great birthday party other than the missing items. I will again explain that on a very rare occasion and extremely busy day there will be mishaps in any type of business. After she rejected a $100 punch pass, we offered her $50 and she accepted that. We mailed all of her items back to her. I spoke with her twice, not many times. I explained to her the first time that we would find her items as we did by driving to the customers house to pick them up. I then explained to her that the items were mailed, as they were. She can call us back and I will refund her another $50 due to the fact that she feels $50 wasn't enough and apparently stating that her items were not returned to her mail. I hand delivered them myself to the postman and they were mailed out. As far as the owner not calling, he has an Operations Manager that handles these issues and that is exactly what The OM did. We went above and beyond to make up for the items being taken home by another parent. The customer had a 2 hour party that went smooth until she realized that there were decorations missing. If she would like $50 more refunded to her, she will need to call us to get that credited back to her card.

Hi [redacted] - wanted to let you know that [redacted] finally came and fixed the boards requested on swing set. I will say though it was after another failed "I'll be there on Monday or Tuesday", being told "this isn't a dinning room set, you are making a big deal out of nothing, you're being...

ridiculous" and then asking if I filed the complaint in retaliation against for an ex girlfriend he fired in November that apparently lives down the street from me. I told him I was insulted by his comments and filed the complaint because I requested repairs after the swing set was installed and repeated attempts were not made on his end to fix them to my satisfaction. while he was at my home making the repairs he told my husband and I that this was a cheap set with boards made from [redacted] - (again insulted - $2700 is not cheap to us) and then turns around and says it's a good starter set. He proceeded to flip a requested board instead of replacing it and when I looked at the board and told him he used the same board and made it worse - he denied it. I told him I took a picture of both sides of the board, he finally got a board that was acceptable. He left the board and it matched the picture I took. I will never recommend his business to anyone and have never been so insulted as a customer. Thanks - [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.-As of Tuesday, November 15, 2016, I have NOT recieved any of my items that was supposedly mailed by the manager at Run, Jump and Play. They have not provided any tracking information which lead me to believe that is was never sent.  I 'm requesting a full refund for my items lost.  I have documented receipts of the items that were misplaced on the behalf of Run, Jump, and Play/Swings N Things.  The total amount for my missing items is  $108.04. I am also requesting a refund for the charges of the party excluding the pizza and beverages that was ordered.-Again, I have asked to speak with someone other than the general manager to express my concerns about the $50 credit, and I was told that the owner "doesn't handle things like this". -As stated before, I spoke with the manager concerning my dissatisfaction with the lack of organization, the lack of help the day of my children party as well them loosing my items.   This has been an AWFUL experience-This company has stated that they have "went over and beyond" to get my items that was sent to another customer's home; as if they were doing me a favor.  It was their responsibility to go the extra mile to get my items because it was their fault for sending it with the wrong people in the 1st place. -As far as the statement being made about contacting them two times, I have phone records showing that I have made contact on the following dates and times:  10/1  7:03pm   8mins,  10/1  7:27pm  2mins,  10/2  11:01am  20mins,  10/4 4:09pm  2mins,  10/12  4:28pm  6mins,  10/17  3:48pm 5mins, 10/21  7:17pm  1 min.    Regards,[redacted]

She received a good and fun birthday party. It was a very busy saturday and her decorations were put into the wrong room. We have apologized for the mishap. Mistakes do happen from time to time. a special trip out to the customer that accidentally took her super hero decorations home to retrieve them. Her purchase price was 280.97 after her $100 deposit. She received the services, had the party and the only complaint we had at any given point was her decorations were missing. She also admitted that she realized it as soon as she entered the party room but did not mention it again until the call later that week. We have tried to rectify the mishap.

The customer has been issued a refund.

Review: Have repeatedly requested repair on several boards of purchased swing set (see dates below) and requested touch up paint to some of the boards of newly purchased swing set. Pictures were sent of requested repairs in Nov. 2014. Location of repairs were once again told to the owner in March 2015. Repairs have yet to be completed.

10/27 - 3X called to see if installer was coming (previous appointments to set up play set were not honored) - installer came late and did not complete job, swing set placed in incorrect position, installer resolved location

10/30 - play set installed, installer said he would be out early next week to repair boards

11/10 - called installer - said he would come to fix the play set, but could not come until 11/11 or 11/12 because he was moving

11/10 - called owner ([redacted]) - inquired about why repairs weren't done, was told the installer wasn't coming to fix the swing set because he would be on another job putting up Christmas lights/decorations at a bank, will come sometime next week

11/21 - installer - no response, did not come

11/21 - called owner - was told he was going to come previous week, but it snowed, will get to the boards as soon as he could, couldn't paint because of temp outside

3/28 - called owner inquiring about repairs again, was told his installer told him he already completed the repairs, when I said they were not completed, was told he had the parts in stock and would come over today to complete the repairs. NO ONE HAS EVER SHOWED UP!!!!!!Desired Settlement: 3 boards replaced, 1 small can of touch up paint so I can touch up my self.
