Review: My daughter went on Adorna,s website and signed up for a free 14 day trial to try a breast enhancing cream. Website is confusing and deceptive. Cream is like the "Snake oil" that used to be sold 150 years ago by deceptive salesmen.

So far it has cost her over $115 for 2 containers the size of a small shoe polish container.

They get your credit card # and than you are surprised later by charges for product you did not ask for.

This company is selling a fraudulent product using deceptive information on their website to trick young women into trying a so called free trial which ends up costing them a lot of money for a product they do not want to continue receiving.

The state of Connecticut should be ashamed to have such a business operating in their state.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my daughter (Kari Maki) get all of her money back and I would like to see this companies fraudulent business and advertising practices investigated.

Review: Was told if product was returned, unopened, refund of $92.97 would be returned to my banking acct. They recieved product 06/04/2015. No refund as of date. Company rep states they attempted refund "several times" on 06/10/2015 but were unsuccessful due to defect on their end, tha I should request a 'charge back' from my bank on [redacted]'s behalf. Contacted my bank, they stated there were NO refund attempts to my acct the entire month of 06/2015, they do NOT recognize what a 'charge back' is. Called [redacted] again at which time the rep got beligerant and hung up mid conversation. Contacted my bank today, still jo refund. I called [redacted] and left a message that I expected a full refund by 5:00 pm 08/28/2015Desired Settlement: I just want what the rep said I was owed, $92.97, once they recieved their product back.

Review: I orders the product and returned it in the mail prior to the cut off time. I shipped the product out of [redacted] 1st class mail 5days prior to the required time. With the address they gave me. They still charged my card.Desired Settlement: I returned my product within the required time I want them to keep to their garuntee.

Review: I didn't know that this was a trial product. I agreed to pay $3.99 for shipping and handling for a teeth whitening kit. There was no fine print! Per the merchant, there was fine print stating if I did not cancel within 14 days, I would be charged $69.99. Obviously, this was micro-fine print as my 20/20 vision did not see it!! However, despite all of that, I called the company after noticing the charge of $69.99. Several attempts to call them were made, but no answeer and no response to my voice message that I left. 3 days went by and on that 4th day, I finally spoke to someone. They issued me an RA number and the package was sent back and delivered on 3/28/14 per [redacted]. On 5/7/14, I called to inquire about my credit back to my card and to my surprise, they answered on the first call!! [redacted] stated that because I filed a dispute with my bank on this charge, they cannot issue me a refund and that I would have to seek my bank for a refund (eventhough they have my return).Desired Settlement: All I ask for is my full refund of $69.99!

This consumer, Natalie Ward, signed up for our 14 day trial offer per one of our products on [redacted], on 2/24/14. The way all of our trial offers work, is that customers pay upfront a small shipping fee and we send a full one month supply of the product for them to sample during the 14 day trials period, and if they hadn't contacted us to cancel then they are automatically billed full price for the first product ([redacted] $69.99) and enrolled onto the monthly membership until they contact us to cancel. Their trial period expired on 3/10/14 and they were charged the $69.99 and we spoke with them regarding cancellation on 3/14/14 - which is the first time we had any record of them contacting us.

When the consumer contacted us to cancel, we instructed them to simply return their item for a full refund. We received the item back on 3/28/14, which is also the day we were due to respond to a dispute from their bank or credit card company which means they had already disputed the charge previously before we received the item back. Per company policy and also via information and instruction from the chargeback processing center, as a merchant once we receive a dispute for a charge we are no longer authorized to issue credit. We do greatly apologize for any inconvenience regarding this matter. Once a charge has been disputed, the consumer is issued a temporary credit from their bank or credit card company while the charge is further investigated. We provide further information regarding that charge, and it is then sent back to the consumer's issuing bank to be decided whether the consumer or the merchant receives the funds.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the option of refunding the $69.99 due to the dispute. It is in the hands of the consumer's issuing bank or credit card company. At this time if the consumer would like a replacement for the item associated with that charge, we would be happy to ship another brand new kit out.

The only record we have on file of ever receiving any contact from this consumer was on 3/14/14, at which time we provided this consumer with all the proper return instructions. Unfortunately we received the dispute at the same time as we received the item back which was on 3/28/14. As previously stated, we no longer have the ability to issue a refund on the charge due to the dispute, but we would be happy to ship out a new item to replace the first one.

I am rejecting this response because: I will not continue to go back and forth with this merchant! What's right is right! Of course you would say that you do not have record of me calling. I would have no reason to lie about calling the company numerous times. I will continue to work through my bank and look for the refund of the item. No!!! I do not want a replacement! If I wanted to keep the item I would have not sent it back. Plus, according to the reviews it's not worth the $69.99 that you are charging people. I have asked the merchant to provide me with a copy of their policy that states that they are no longer authorized to issue a refund but she could not provide it. If a "C" rating is what you're happy with, so be it. I have never worked with such a company in my life. I wish you the best of luck as you'll definitely need it!
