All that the complainant, [redacted], has filed with the Revdex.com is categorically untrue.  TLC Construction did not steal any construction materials from the job site located at [redacted]..  [redacted] failed to pay for...

the materials.  TLC did not walk off the job.  [redacted] restricted access and has refused to pay for several months.  [redacted] would make promise after promise that he would release funds the further down the line construction was completed despite submitted payment applications and contract performance on payment.  Due to his repeated failure to pay, TLC had given notice of not one, but two, breaches of contract.  [redacted]s claims are in response to that breach of contract notice and they are completely false.  [redacted] is leveraging false police reports to bully his way out of his obligations.   Further, [redacted] has manufactured and forged two contracts.  One with the City of Broomfield to dupe the City of its rightfully entitled permit fees.  [redacted] specifically demanded to handle the Plan Design Review Process.  The second contract that he drafted and forged signatures on was in an attempt to change the terms and conditions of our November 2015 contract.  TLC Construction refused to sign the new contract asserting the existing contract remained in full force and effect.  [redacted] chose to forge the signature and tried to enforce those new terms and conditions.  Also, TLC Construction completed all the work up to code and with the highest workmanship possible.  [redacted] did not raise any issue with the standard of construction until after it was given Notices of Breach of Contract and Notice of Intent to File a Lien.   The original contract timeline and amount changed because [redacted] had significantly changed the nature and scope of the renovation and construction on an almost daily basis.  [redacted] continually interfered with the general contractors duties, continually changed the nature and scope of the work, repeatedly set up meetings but didn’t show up altogether or canceled at the last moment.  The original contracted amount was for $150,462.49.  [redacted] drastically changed the nature and scope of the work.  TLC Construction performed the vast majority of the original contract before access was then prohibited. The requested change orders and new work brought the new contract sum to $270,231.22.  [redacted] had made payments in the amount of $220,039.68.  [redacted] has a seriously delinquent outstanding balance of $50,191.54. It is noteworthy that TLC, in good faith, proceeded with the work on the change orders with [redacted]s verbal authorization and promise to subsequently sign change order forms.  He then refused to sign the change orders after the work was completed.  A Notice of Intent to File a Lien was filed and a Statement of Lien will be recorded on August 12th.  If [redacted] does not address his obligation, a lawsuit will be filed to foreclose on the lien.  The matters regarding filing false police reports and committing fraud by drafting and forging signatures on two separate contracts will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.  The evidence in this matter is clear and speaks for itself.   TLC has made multiple attempts to resolve this situation with [redacted].  TLC remains ready, willing and able to reach an amicable solution.  That is to say even completing the job if [redacted] pays his obligations.  Once again, TLC never walked off the job.  [redacted] deliberately restricted access to the property and then very egregiously launched false claims.  [redacted] is one of the most disingenuous clients TLC has ever worked with in its approaching 20 years of operation.  TLC Construction strongly suggests that the public do not do business with [redacted] personally or any of his affiliated entities (DataLab USA).
