[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:they are lying about what REALLY happened. The story is as follows, so Blue Cross, get it right! After contacting the Revdex.com, I still had not received the book for weeks And FYI Revdex.com had not received any response from BC as well I went to our Reps office, complained about the issue, and the Rep contacted BCBC claimed they would overnight deliver with mail signature requiredHOWEVER, I never recieved the overnight delivery, and the Congressman Rep called me to see if I got itI did not, so the Congressman Rep AGAIN RE-CONTACED BC asking where the book was They finally sent it.HOWEVER, the facts remain THE Revdex.com contacted BC, and Blue Cross ignored the communication completely, didn't you? It was not until I sicked the Government Rep office on BC, that BC responded. So in essence, in your world BC, the Revdex.com is insignificant, or you would have immediately responded to the Revdex.com request, correct? I mean, why ignore them?Needless to say, if you were really concerned about me getting the book, when I initially asked TWICE in January, YOU would have overnighted it, rather than wait until forced by Government Reps YOUR BOOKS are shipped from MECHANICSBURG PA, TWO HOURS FROM MY HOUSEand yet, never come??? Mystery I dear say! hmmmI will now forever contact Govreps in the future, when I need BC to do the job that my premiums pay BC to do!Apparently these are the only people BC will respond to.The rating for this company should be a C+ NO CONSUMER SHOULD HAVE TO RESORT TO COMPLAINING TO A GOVERNMENT ENTITY IN ORDER FOR A CORPORATION TO DO WHAT THEY ARE CONTRACTED TO DO! From: [redacted] < [redacted] @***.com>Date: Thu, Sep 24, at 7:PMSubject: Complaint ID [redacted] To: [email protected] Whom It May Concern:The business I filed a complaint with took care of the problem and I received the refund check in the mail yesterday for the proper amount However, even though the issue was solved; I feel like it should never have gone as far as a it did to get resolved! I should have never needed to go as far as filing a complaint with the Revdex.com nor with the NAICThe customer call center at IBX has always been a source of extreme frustration, deep lack of information and full of confusion on the parts of all people involvedAny time I ever called their customer care line to deal with any type of issue, I was always put on hold, sent from one person to anotherMore often than not I would have to ask to speak to a supervisor because the person I was dealing with at the time did not have the information I needed, or was ill-equipped to deal with what I needed help withIn my experience as a customer with this company, the whole call center needs a complete overhaulFrom the bottom on up! Scratch that, the whole company needs to be re-evaluated, and overhauledI am so thankful and grateful that I am no longer a customer of theirs to be quite frankSincerely, [redacted]
