I have been a T-Mobile customer for plus years I decided to swtich my service because I was tired of calling my family from hotel lobbies since their coverage in hotels was horrible I switched service on September and had a zero balance on my account I have since been billed $ One charge is for the August /September dates which I agree with The other charge is $for charges relating to a Septmeber through October That is right...they stuck me wiht a bill close to $for hours worth of service The other thing they did was send me a nasty leter threatening to send me to collections for the Aug/Sept bill wtht no initial paper bill reviewing my charges or even an email or courtsey call I called the number and first finance guy I spoke with kept interupting me and finally just trransferred me to someone else mid sentence The second guy acknowledged my frustration but refused to even go up any further stating it is policy I would never eve

I went to the Cypress location for cool sculpting procedure and had all areas of the stomach treated. I waited 3 months for results then called the locations back and told them I was not pleased with no results, all the technician could say was I'm sorry. This procedure was explained to me as having results, I get it that everyone is different and so will the results. After spending 5 thousands and no results ,not even 1/4 of an inch and the technician saying I'm sorry ,was just a slap in the face. Then the rude office manager tried to explained the way cool sculpting worked and she said I needed to have more treatments in order for it to work. That was not the way it was explained to me. I would not waste more money, especially at this place, on something that was explained to me the first time that it does work and is approved by the fda to work.
