Sales man used high pressure tactics and the vehicle had severe damage and mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of the purchase I purchased a Chevy Aveo from the company of Big City Cars on November 13, in the amount of $I had a disagreement with my mother shortly before her and my father left town for a long weekend to visit my grandfather who was recently diagnosed with cancerThis disagreement led my mother to take away my car keys from me before she leftI did not think I was going to be getting my car back and was afraid I would not have a way to get to workThis led me to make an impulsive decision out of desperation to go out and purchase a car When I arrived at this dealership I told the dealer exactly how much money I had to spend and Salesman Jeff [redacted] and Chad [redacted] took me directly to the Aveo and pushed the sale on me very quicklyHe did not show me any other vehicles, nor give me time or encourage me to inspect the vehicle
My family and I bought a new van from them They helped us get into a van at a great price and the payments are very affordable Thanks Big City Cars!!!!
