We traded my husbands car Dodge Neon Traded for $plus I gave $cash and we have made our first payment of $for a Dodge Ram pickup truck, yes we know we bought it as is, BUT we have had nothing but problems with it since we got it, We have bought and had a new battery put in it, and a new MAP sensor, The truck runs fine for a day or so sometimes less, if we go out and try to start it in the morning it refuses to start, sometimes it starts then dies right out, does that a couple times then all of a sudden it won't even turn over or startSome mornings I go out to start it to go somewhere and all I get is a ticking noise and refuses to turn over refuses to startsometimes I can jump it and it will start up and sometimes not! I purchased a Chevy Aveo from the company of Big City Cars on November 13, in the amount of $I had a disagreement with my mother shortly before her and my father left town for a long weekend to visit my grandfather who was recently diagnosed with cancerThis disagreement led my mother to take away my car keys from me before she leftI did not think I was going to be getting my car back and was afraid I would not have a way to get to workThis led me to make an impulsive decision out of desperation to go out and purchase a car When I arrived at this dealership I told the dealer exactly how much money I had to spend and Salesman Jeff *** and Chad *** took me directly to the Aveo and pushed the sale on me very quicklyHe did not show me any other vehicles, nor give me time or encourage me to inspect the vehicle
I went to Big City because they offer to get you more for your trade and that is not the truth at all ! The Leadership Team - Timothy wanted me to let my current vehicle go back or file bankruptcy just to put me in the truck that I was interested in on the lotI have great credit scores I was not going to do that just so they can sale a TruckI would not recommend this place to go shopping for a vehicle
I purchased a Ford F-last April Since purchasing the vehicle I have endures several repairs, and continuous mechanical problems with the vehicle I alone have replaced approximately $1,dollars in parts including spark plugs and shocks Currently the vehicle will not lock,, the PCM needs replacement, the brake lights and turn signal stopped working and the entire EVAP unit requires replacement It also has two faulty locking mechanisms in the rear doors, and the entire wireing harness requires replacement The Ford dealership I took the vehicle to after they said it was fine estimated $4,000-5,dollars in repairs at a start I took the vehicle to them, and they had it for a week They said they did a full diagnostic on it and it needed a new spark plug and ignition coil, and the tail lights were not working because the bulls were "probably bad." The vehicle was purchased with only 30,miles on it, and currently has 39,miles on it There is no possible wa
I recently had Big City Cars service department change brakes and rotors on my car and they damaged the rim scratching it severely
Big City Cars told me they did not scratch the rim during service which I know they did because it was not like that when I brought it to them
This business is a big rip off they gave me a car and then weeks later told me that my financing fell through that I had to return the car had a couple issues with the car while having the car they turned around and refused to give me back my down payment and told me that there's nothing I can do about it I don't see how this business is still in business
Had to have new tires put on my car I bought from them and they were prompt in getting the job done The tires were installed on time and they were very courteous
Went to big city cars because I heard a advertisement on the radio saying get up to plus traid in on your vehicle not trueAs soon as I pulled in to the parking lot a sales guy come out got me looking at a truck with a lot of miles on it didn't realy want it but he kept pushing me to drive it I made the mistake of driving it didn't take it for a long enough driveI ended up buying it with the bumper to bumper warranty didn't know it had a limit of liability before I even got the truck home engine light come on took it right backThey waved the charges on checking the light out, said it was the sensor I ask them to change it they said they would half to charge me for that I said no I'll fix it myselfTwo mouths and miles later motor went out warranty only covered big city covered I had to pay out of pocket
I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with Big City CarsI came in with a budget in mind and not only did they keep me within the payment I could do but I feel like they really listened to meThe salesman and manager found out what I wanted in my new car which made it easier to choose one but they were also conscious of what I budgeted out for my car payment each monthI felt no pressure and walked away very happy because it was so easy and I didn't have to sign my life away!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!! And I couldn't be happier with my Impala! Thank You guys for all your help!!!
