I was mistakenly charged for Renters insurance for a full yearI’ve maintained renters insurance privately the entire duration of my time at the property, have always provided copy of proof and maintained T&R Prop/Fox Run limted as an additional insured interest in the account as per their requirementHowever, when this overcharge was discovered and brought to the attention of management, refund credit to my account for what I was wrongly charged for was denied because “They do not provide refundsJust look at it as being double covered during that time”

I started a lease transfer process in April to move from a bedroom unit to a bedroom unitI was provided the new unit number and my significant other needed to complete an application to be added to the new leaseShortly after, I was told the unit was no longer available for my anticipated move out date of 5/I was emailing and calling the leasing office numerous times to get updates on the availability of another bedroomNothing was able until a 7/move in dateThrough the entire process, again starting in May, I was told there would not be another deposit due since I was staying in the same complex but there would be a transfer fee of $The entire month of June I had been trying to obtain my new address and the cost of move-inI did not receive this information until the day I was to move in 6/and has not been shown the actual until 6/29, since the office would be closed on 7/On 6/30, my significant other and I were in the office getting ready to sign the le

I looked at an apartment to move into in July for months completed the paper work did everything they asked (switching over gas to my name) to move into the apartment on August 6thWe went to look at the new apartment location and to my surprise I was moving into an apartment that was directly in front of a huge green trash bin! My rent would have been almost $a month and I refuse to pay that much money for that and was never told that I would have no front parking because of this trash binI called the rental office to see if I could figure something out and no one picked up! I called over and over and never got a call so I left a message and still no call and my move was for the next day! I decided to start looking for another apartment because I had to be out of my house that week and planned everything around my moveI finally got a call the next day asking if I'll be in to complete the rental process and I advised them that I will not be and explained the situation

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!!!!!! I have filed multiple maintenance requests to have everything from the giant hole in the front of my house fixed, to the broken air conditioner, to which years later, nothing is fixedWhy would you stay years you ask? Well because they TRAP YOU into your next lease by not notifying you that your lease has expired & then threatening to force you to pay back rent, that's market rate rent & a month to month fee for your failure to put in writing days before then end of your lease that you want outYEAH it's SHADYIt's all smiles with the office ladies & then *** after you sign on the dotted lineI've tried every avenue available to resolving these issues politelyI have never felt so mistreated for trying to do the right thingI don't feel like asking to have working air, or no hole in the roof are unreasonable requestsThe maintenance man says "I'll be here first thing in the morning" doesn't' come, you call to find out where he's atno responseThey just won't answer, because of their handy caller id, and then when they do they just pass the buckAll the way up to corporate office, and then they laugh at you & tell you there's nothing that you can do, little guyI've rented for years all over Ohio & I have never been treated to so badlyI hope you will heed this warningI hope someone will investigate these guys & shut them downSAD how they take advantage & treat honest peopleIf I could give negative starts I would

Deposit amount refunded by T&R Properties was $less than it should have been Upon turning in our notice (within the required time) and speaking with the on site property manager, we were informed that we had a zero dollar outstanding balance Once the deposit was processed there was an additional taken The explanation provided was because we were not under a lease for the month prior to moving there was an additional $month to month fee All rent payments are made online and when the rent was paid for the last month the fee was not noted online nor was there a balance of showing prior to the money being taken from the deposit I had a conversation with the property manager in the middle of the month (September) because we were discussing a pet deposit, and was told at that time our balance was

I live at the Fairway at South Point in *** ** I rent this property from T and R properties I have had several issues since the beginning, first off I moved in and the place was filthy dirty, then I had a leak in my laundry room for 2-1/weeks they came in and could not locate the problem, after my carpet was completely soaked they rip my carpet back and put a floor dryer in for hours Came in to take the heater and just threw my carpet back so now when I vacuum my carpet pulls up with the sweeper These last months I have used over 15,gallons of water a month which has resulted in an almost dollar water bill and gas bill because my heater has to heat the water that runs through it even tho I was not using that much its just how a boiler system works I guess I asked for them to check into this for me and reimburse me for the billsI call the office and the corporate office to times a day and never get a return call back The general manager is either in a meeting or out of the office The main office where I live is the same way

I have lived at Dooleys Orchard for almost four years now and have watched an amazing change,they have provided a dog park,a nice garden area and the lighting and customer service has improved dramatically.I renewed my lease last week and they came in and painted an accent wall in my living room and I absolutely love it.I love my apartment and would recommend it to anyone
