SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! I ordered some 9mm ammo on 07/27/21 and they immediately processed the full charge on my credit card. After not getting a receipt by email after several days, I logged into my account to see what the issue was. The product had not shipped yet. When I inquired, they sent me a preprinted response talking about how everything is backed due to COVID and the insane demand, and then stated the product would be shipped in 7-14 days, and when it did, they would send out a tracking number.

Side Note, the very same night, I order some 22LR ammo from BulkAmmo.com and received it in 3-days.

In any event, on the 15th day, I sent an email to cancel my order and to asked to issue an immediate refund to my credit card and to also cancel my subscription to their email advertising. The response was they could cancel but they will not issue a refund because it was a sale item (every item is a sale item there) but they would give a store credit. The place in my book is scammy. Note, all their ads state product will ship in 5-7 days. I didn't cancel until the 15th day. The broke their own delivery promise twice, both on the web-site and also their email to me, and then they refused to refund my money. The name of the company should be "Tactical Scam-S[censored]" or "Tactical B[censored]". Scammiest company I've tried to do business with in a long time. Sincerely, Will Chase

Customer emailed in to cancel and was asked whyHe sated he ordered the wrong item and was asked if he would like to have his ordered changedHe stated yes and we emailed over to the offsite warehosue the change to the orderThey were to ship last week, but the offsite warehouse were having shipping issuesCustomer then emailed in asking to cancel a different time and due to the weekend email was not see till MondayWe have to wait to have confirmation from the offsite warehouse that they have not shipped the item before we can issue a refund to the customers PayPal

I have checked the Customer Service emails and there is no emails from email address [redacted] @gmail.com or any email with the order number [redacted] I have also checked Customer Service voicemails and I do not have any in regards to this orderWe have had a few issues with voicemails being sent to the wrong voicemail boxes, but I have not found any for this customerThe billet lowers were delayed from our vendor due to a broke breacher barWe apologize about this and we will issue a refund if the customer would like [email protected]@[email protected]

The customer initially stated he "accidentally" placed the order and wanted a refundThe customer was shown the product page on the website and walked through the multiple places it shows "All Sales are Final"The customer was also informed of the requirement to acknowledge an agreement that "All
Sales are FinalWe cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on this product" before being able to put the product in his cartHe also stated that he did realize that he had to input all of the billing and shipping information to include his credit card information in order to complete the order while also stating that this was his first order with us. The customer was informed that for it to be an "accident" was highly unlikely due to the long process as well as his needing nearly hours to decide that he "accidentally" placed the orderDuring the discussion, the customer was asked multiple times for a reason to treat this order any different than all other orders that have agreed to the "All Sales are Final" agreement in order to have something to put for an approvalThe customer refused to give any reason. In regards to the claim that he was made fun of regarding his name, the actual question from the customer was "Do you know who you are talking to?" was answered by "I am not exactly sure who I am talking to, but I am talking to a Mr *** as you've identified, and I am looking at order for a *** ***I'm not sure if you are ***, you're wife is ***, or if that's just the name that was used for the orderBut someone named *** ordered a trigger, went through multiple steps to place the order, and also agreed that all sales are final." I am rejecting this response because:Tactical *** has done absolutely nothing to resolve thisThey stated that the sale started once the order was placed and the funds were received, however they did not receive the funds until the I tried canceling the on the They did send the product and I did receive the product, however I still don't want it and want my money backThis company just plays games and don't stand by their products and not do they have any kind of business model other that degrading customers and taking their moneyOnce again Tactical *** has taken no steps to remedy the problem.

We apologize about thisWe were never notified the upper was not sent by our offsite warehouseWe have issued a refund check and it has gone out in the mail to the customer

We contacted the manufacture Weber Tactical as soon we were notified of the errorI have attracted the emails between the customer ,our company contacting the manufactureWe are at the mercy of the manufacture of the holster and we will have the correct holster later today to send out to the
customer

Customer was refunded through PayPal on 9/21/in the amount of $712.12.I have attached a copy of the transaction details showing the same

The response from Tactical *** is not true and accurate. I sent the email requesting a cancellation of the order immediately after the order was placedThe email was not delivered until a good internet connection was reestablished, due to being in a hotelThe website does not say anything about canceling orders before they where shipped or for canceling orders for backordered products***, who is supposed to be the, I guess customer service manager, was very rude and made fun of my name because I am a guy and he said I wasn't even man enough to place the order in my real nameI could not even explain or have a conversation with *** because he was yelling and would not stop*** was very condescending towards me*** also stated that he would keep my money and not send me the productI want my money back and do not want to any kind of business with this company again.
