We have no emails or voicemail's from this customer. I have attached screenshots showing no emails under the email address used...

to place the order or the order number has been sent to Customer Service. The customer ordered on Saturday Septmeber the 23rd. The warehouse takes 2 to 4 business days to process and send out orders. The customers order was sent out on September 27th and delivered via FedEx on September 30th. FedEx [redacted]. I am not sure why the customer did not receive tracking and I will have it resent again to the customer. We apologize about any inconvenience this has caused.

We are looking into the customers response that he has established a dispute with his bank regarding the charges for Order # [redacted].  We have discussed this matter and although it is stated in our return/refund policy that no refunds are issued for gun parts ordered, we would gladly refund...

him the amount of his purchase.Please note that I have included emails between this customer and our customer service rep regarding the product ordered and what the hold up has been on shipment.This can only be done if the charges have not been disputed and a charge back has not been filed at this time. All sales are finale covers cancellations. Your sale was started at the time the order was placed and the funds were received for the order. The product has already shipped well before the 2 to 3 weeks as stated on the site. USPS [redacted]. Emails between Customer Service and the customer shows he was still asking about his place in line for the triggers after this Revdex.com complaint was issued.

I would like to cancel or withdraw my complaint. The business completed the transaction. Poor communication on their end. Thanks for all your help.   [redacted]

I have checked the Customer Service emails and there is no emails from email address [redacted]@gmail.com or any email with the order number [redacted]. I have also checked Customer Service voicemails and I do not have any in regards to this order. We have had a few issues with voicemails being sent...

to the wrong voicemail boxes, but I have not found any for this customer. The billet lowers were delayed from our vendor due to a broke breacher bar. We apologize about this and we will issue a refund if the customer would like . [email protected]@[email protected]

Every answer I receive via email is vague and the contact phone is a non working number. I'm unable to contact anyone verbally.
I don't understand what part is being waited for when the manufacturer offers the same exact kit for a little more than $200. It is available straight from Adam Arms.
I want to know when the refund will be issue and the ETA of the refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I have disputed this with my bank USAA, As for false advertisement I think it still stands as an issue. Item shows Available: IN STOCK, and is not. also most recent email from Vendor states they are 4-5 weeks behind on being able to ship.
