I have ordered from this company for food delivery times All three times delivery took over two hours, and food arrived coldThe time in question here, food was delivered close to hours after order placed, and again food coldI contacted the company with a complaint and I was promised a refundThe refund never cameI got the run around from customer service saying they had processed refund, and they provided me with some fake accounting copies, supposedly to show the refund had been givenThis went on for over weeksMy bank did not receive the refundMrDelivery continued to rant on about my bank losing the moneyAfter weeks, they advised me they could not help me any furtherNot only did I have this problem, I realized Mr Delivery added more to the price of food from Texas Roadhouse, about $more from menu pricesThis is along with a large processing fee, and a delivery chargeThis Company needs to be investigated, they not only lie about refunds, but, they ar
