I will have service team address this right away I do not know the full details but our goal is to address any and all product service related issues

We have been diligently trying to communicate with fabricator We are not a fabricator but a re-seller We are 100% responsible for workmanship The windows are not made by us so we are doing out best to get manufacturer to respond We are looking into possibly filling a claim against them

The windows are NOT under warranty The fabricator is no longer manufacturing those productsThis was explained to Mrand Mrs*** Since they are not a customer of Pinnacle Energy typically there would be nothing we can do.However, As a courtesy to them, we offered to find a supplier that would make replacements parts and place the order The typical lag is 4-weeks.Our staff will contact supplier to get an approximate shipping date and relay that to M/M ***

Pinnacle Energy called and left a message on my phone on Thursday 6/23/16, I missed the call and called them back on Saturday 6/25/16, when I actually saw the voicemail, and requested that they call me back on Monday when they get my messageOn 6//at 2:p.mI called Pinnacle Energy again at the number that was left on my voicemail and spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone saying that he would leave a message for them to call me back againIt is now 10:a.mon 6/29/and no phone call back yet from Pinnacle Energy, still no resolution

Our MD service rep was on personal family leave He returns Wednesday 9/and will schedule repair We apologize for delay and lack of follow through Issues under warranty will be addressed accordingly

We did hear from Pinnacle who offered us the information we requestedThey also discussed a possible solution (getting us window replacements at cost)They promised a call back with a few business days to set up a time for an employee to come measure our windows and begin a quote for the windowsHowever, that was July 9, It is nearly weeks later and we've heard nothing back from PinnacleWe are not yet satisfied with the company and the same issues of not responding are present [To assist

with the hassle of dealing with this company I will never again use pinnacle for any reason, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone

Pinnacle has communicated with client We are waiting on final cost from fabricator Once we have that information we will advise client of final cost so he can determine if he would like to proceed with order

I am looking into this right now and have instructed ALL my production team members to get what ever issues taken care of immediately Please expect communication within the next hours

I understand their response, as it is what they have told me overtime I called (Except for the time, I was told the windows were actually in the warehouse) As a reseller, they told me they fully stood behind the companies they recommended to me the consumerI would like to know that within in a reasonable amount of time, if they do not hear from the fabricator that they will find another way to resolve my problem other than just blaming it on the fabricator I have been waiting months and am willing to wait longer if I know that their will be some type of resolution When we were sold the windows the salesman highly emphasized how much they believed in the product they were selling which is why they were going to place a lifetime warranty on them What assurances can I receive that this will be made right?

I will have to look into this issue and find the manufacturer of this project and address the warranty issue with them We do not make windows or for that matter any product, we only provide the labor portion of warranty The "lifetime" product warranty comes from the
manufacturer not Pinnacle Once we find the manufacture or product we will address issue with them. Needless to say, we apologize if the turn around time to address this issue has not been done in a timely manner

We will have our production department be made aware of this complaint all all the issues alleged to be cause by Pinnacle Please allow hours for further communication
