and fixed the windows so that they open and close, however, they were supposed to contact my husband and come back with the manufacturer to address the sweating that is occuring.  Somehow the vapor seal in the windows are gone.  There is still a 5 year warranty with these windows.

We have been diligently trying to communicate with fabricator.  We are not a fabricator but a re-seller.  We are 100% responsible for workmanship.  The windows are not made by us so we are doing out best to get manufacturer to respond.  We are looking into possibly filling a...

The client signed a contract and completed a credit application for financing.  As soon out processing department received this we process accordignly.  The client then decided to cancel the contract within 3 business days. Our office vehemently denies any wrong doing or that anything...

illicit and any suggestion to this is wrong.  We have been in business for almost two decades and use the same banks to process loans and this is the first time a potential client has accused Pinnacle of this deceptive practice.

I am now waiting three weeks  for a new window to be installed, which is not an issue.  I do appreciate the prompt response but I should not have had to complain to the Revdex.com for appropriate customer service. I feel like I am caught in between the manufacturer and the company who sells, installs, and services the product. Apparently it is a blame game. 
While I understand that Pinnacle does not manufacture the windows, they are the ones who sell, install, and service the windows they used for the project. If it is my responsibility to contact the window manufacturer then I would like to be told that by Pinnacle rather than the seller/installer/servicer blaming the window manufacturer and leaving me in the lurch. My main concern was not just the window seal failing but also the fact that I had to jump through hoops to get someone out to my house to resolve the issue. The gentleman who came to the house stated that it was a miscommunication. Completely inaccurate. I was very clear in the numerous messages I left and when I spoke to the receptionist it was again made clear. The only miscommunication was in their response to me as a customer who paid thousands of dollars for them to do the work and could not get a timely  and appropriate response and a simple ownership of responsibility and a "We are sorry." I have no ill will toward Pinnacle, I just want to make sure I am treated fairly as a customer and not disregarded after the project is done and the check is cashed. I look forward to having my window replaced in a timely manner.
