Our packages should not be held hostage due to whatever reasons. A lawsuit should not delay delivery of our packages. Failure to deliver services would be another lawsuit if you ask me. RDR can address whatever lawsuit or mess they are in without getting their clients' packages involved. This is not about our boxes but about their management. Get our packages delivered now!

[redacted] box is already in the Philippines and it's been in the hands of TK Trucking, the delivery company we used to hire back in October. TK Trucking have been holding other customers' boxes and not just [redacted]. However, we have made legal actions and there is a pending action by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the Philippines to pull out all the boxes held by TK Trucking. We assure you that we are doing all that we can to deliver your box. We have responded to this complaint and rest assured we are doing our best to have your boxes delivered as soon as possible.

We would love to help but we need to know the following information: Invoice # Date of Pick-up or Drop-off (and where) Recipient Destination We need these information so we can expedite the follow-up of [redacted] box. As always, we are doing our best to get all boxes delivered. Thank you for...

express responded of "bad partnership" in the Philippines as the reason for failure to deliver services.  Company did not specify as to how and when the said care boxes will be delivered.  There should be a timeframe because it has been way too long! And, how come none of their phone numbers don't work anymore everytime I make a phone call to follow up on said business.

 RDR cargo has not made any attemp to contact me...

or to resolve my issue. I believe at this point that a lot of people have been wronged by them and it's still happening and will continue to happen unless somebody stops them. I felt they need to be investigated and bring them to justice. I am not speaking just for myself but for everyone else who has dealt and invested with RDR Cargo and like myself, never heard back from them. You can niot get a real person on the phone and nobody returns your calls back.
