from the company is true and the answer does not correct the situation.  Our representative advised us today that the company again stated that will not release the packages until either the sender (us) or the recipient (our family) pays extra money.  Furthermore, they will not tell us where the packages are located and continue to ignore our attempts to contact them.They are extortionists who are trying to obtain additional money from their customers.  We are only one of hundreds of customers who are affected by this company.

Release and delivery delayed because of ongoing lawsuit of partners.

Company gone bankrupt due to bad partnership. Boxes still with Customs Manila.

Right now, our delivery company in the Philippines is sorting the boxes from shipment [redacted] and working on the delivery. Shipment [redacted] will be next. We are on the process of delivering all the boxes from our October shipment.

The packaged was delivered last August **, 2015. The package was delivered without damages and was delivered to the correct person.

Delay due to ongoing lawsuit.

Exactly to the point a lot of customers are suffering. Not only me and the fact that OCTOBER 2015 is an ISSUE so what what happened to my other boxes. I fully trusted your companies and if you were not able to comply with promise services, you are not suppose to take any other packages, not deliver properly. 2 boxes Dec 2015 ([redacted]) no action of delivering as of yet.

The business responded with "the package is at customs" in...

Manila and this does not solve the problem. Customs is not the issue. I am fully aware that this company is on a recent lawsuit with another company and I have reason to believe my package along with others are being kept until this company settles their disputes. Customs does not hold packages for 3 months. And me knowing that it is at customs does not answer my question. This package has been with them for 6 months now in total. Their business promise is delivery within 3 months. This is failure to deliver service without providing the correct information to the client. This should not happen to anyone.

Thanks for the quick reply. Their reply is always the same and that is unacceptable. Their contact numbers are all unreachable. I also called their cargo forwarder here in Philippines and according to them, RDR is not paying the necessary dues to release the shipments that causes the delay in delivery.
