Promises made and broken regarding problems identified by their personnel during my purchase of a Forest River Berkshire XLT 43b Not only should "Buyer Beware," but must add, "and Have an Attorney on Retainer." Purchased a pre-owned Forest River Berkshire XLT 43b in October for $199,THEIR employees discovered needed repairs during the Pre-Delivery InspectionOwnership and Management stated they would fix these issuesThey tried (or so they say) for OVER monthsIn the end, ownership and Management IGNORED their senior mechanic's written corrective action because it would cost to much profit moneyInstead they "corrected" the main issue AND CAUSED another - kitchen slide raised to ensure wood below refrigerator did not scrape tile floor thus CAUSING the whole body paint stripes on outside if $200,coach to NOT be alignedAnd then refusing to do anything elseIn addition, the company representatives knowingly allowed me to operate the vehicle after there

This company lacks customer service and tries to blame the manufacturer I was told to report an existing chipped windshield to my insurance co On April 29th we purchased a NEW motor home from Tampa RV We have had multiple problems with Tampa RV taking care of some issues First, we were told by the salesman, Isaac, on April 29, that while the unit didn't come with a ladder he would make sure we received one (this was on April 29) During delivery of the motor home on May 5, we were told by the sales manager, Eskoban (sp?) that it didn't come with a ladder We had it noted in our delivery paperwork as well as the replacement of a cabinet handle As of today, we don't have either Another MAJOR issue we are having is with the windshield When leaving the dealer on May and getting on I-to head home, I noticed a spot on the windshield I told my husband that it could be bird feces or a chip Upon arriving home, I immediately checked and it was indeed a chip I immedia

Deceitful and deceptive practice knowing of damage and hiding it!!!! I want others to know that Tampa RV One cannot be trusted! They were deceptive in selling me a Jayhawk Feather Trailer The entire team knew of the defects and tried to play them off as pressure washing condensation drips from them cleaning the trailer for us New it was, but they purposely deceived me we've canceled two trips already and now may have to cancel another as the water just pours in the pop outs Now, one not two but all three of them! Now the replacement parts are six weeks out, these deceptive practice have caused our family hardships if we knew all of these issues on a brand new trailer we wouldn't have done business these dishonest group of people! The repair people are rude nasty and act as if they are put out by helping you, by something they knew about, just so they could make a buck doing the warranty work, which they knew needed to be done before we drove off the lot I'm reaching out to

Put a deposit on a trailer unseen at rv show but when wewent Tampa Rv one at a Dover.,Fl. It wasn't something we want asked for deposit back told us it would take. 24 hours to show in our acct on 1/5 Call them on Tuesday 1/10 was then told it would take 30 days to process it.

We have been trying to get our 5th Wheels warrantied repairs done for almost months to no avail
We purchased a Keystone Hideout BHDS Fifth Wheel Camper from Tampa RV March 3, On April 28th, 2017, while traveling in the trailer, the back bunk broke apart damaging the wall, entertainment center, and couch cushion We started the warranty process immediately by calling Lillian at Tampa RV and reporting what happened I then met with a rep at our storage facility to take pictures of the damage While we were waiting for the warranty work to be approved and set up, we also noticed a water leak and my wife called and notified Lillian as well After not hearing anything and multiple calls to Lillian, my wife sent emails to managers and even the owner, then we were finally set up for the repairs in the beginning of August by Jessica as Lillian had left the company We got the camper back and were told all had been corrected We did not use the camper for just over

The slogan nobody beats are price( nobody) is if you want the best deal on airstream Check *** ***
If another dealer gives a better price they will come close to match it, but the professionalism will stop
If they can sell the product from under youBecause of low profit they willIf you want to pay full price they will treat you like gold
Professionalism lowers with price

While shopping for an r.vI had stopped by without my husband He was not crazy about the shopping process and had been working weekends so his time was limitedWe finally had time to lookHe had some specific individual owned campers he wanted to look at and we also stopped at some smaller dealers in the area A young lady had been working with me at the McIntosh store She went on vacationWhen she returned she was working with me over the phone and internet All was good until I told her that my family had found a camper that we really liked at another dealer and were likely going to buy it She was really wanted to make a sales and wanted to know all about the other deal to beat it At this point we didn't have firm numbers to tell her In between the phone call with her and a return call with the quote from the dealer we found the camper at, she actually called and pretended to be a customer wanting to buy that exact camper I know it was her because the salesman said she had an odd area code I verified it was her number I feel that was ridiculous and unprofessional I will never consider RV one in Dover for anything

After promising a return of deposit, I have waited days and nothing has been received Calls to them are useless and I hope this helps others
On 2/17/16, I gave Tampa RV a $credit card deposit (Receipt *** We could not agree on a sale price for the vehicle, and I was told by the sales rep, Brian Tweedy, that I would get my deposit back in about a week It has been days, and nothing has been received

Owner Matt S*** offered full refund of down payment, Sales rep agreed to the refund, but later started to make excuses for not refunding our money
On 10/13/2016, we gave a down payment of $to RV One Superstore, Incto start building our new RVAfter not hearing anything for weeks we contacted Forest River on 11/21/to determine build and delivery status
We were told by Forest River that the RV would not be started until 11/which concerned us since we were told by both Sandra (our sales rep) and Forest River that they shut down the manufacturing line on 12/The Forest River rep stated "there is a decent chance you won't get it this year."
After the Forest River call, we contacted MrMatt S*** (an owner of RV One) and he confirmed that with a late November 28th start there was a "90% likelihood we would not receive the RV this year"MrS*** agreed with their failure to stay on top of the process and graciously offered a full refund on the depositIn f
