One of the most unprofessional dealerships we have ever had to deal withService department was difficult/impossible to work with and our RV purchase and after-purchase warranty service experience was truly awfulWill never recommend Tampa RV to anyone So many problems and so many excuses-unacceptable when spending six figures on a new travel trailer!!

I was a little nervous to purchase my RV through Tampa RV strictly on the rating and number of negative comments on them We decieded to purchase through them afterall mainly because of the attentiveness of our sales person Tommy M Tommy followed up with us until we found the right unit for us and answered all of our questions He replied on nights, weekends and days off After putting the unit on order he followed up to let us know the status and was understanding whenever we had any concerns and gave us the appropriate information Our unit came in just prior to Hurricane Irma hitting the area and we were hours away from the location Tommy hooked the unit up for us and sent us a video so that we could see the unit made it through the hurricane with no issues After every interaction we had through the process he made sure we were satisfied and happy I can't say enough about our experiance It was top notch and not something you see these days anymore We got the unit and the demo was extermely informative and helpful for us first time RVers The unit itself was in great working order and have had no issues with it so far I will definately bring my business back to Tampa RV if we decide to upgrade in the future

Purchased a used Rockwood 2618VS travel Trailer that was said by Tampa RV to be in "Excellent, Like New, Garage Kept Condition"It is not
On July 5, we purchased a used Rockwood 2618VS from Tampa RV We were there to look at a new version of the same modelThe Sales Manager represented the used RV to be in excellent like new condition and told us it was garage kept She then told me she knew the previous owners and that they were very picky about the unit and kept it in tip top shape She also said it would come with a "full day warranty"We eventually agreed to purchase the used oneWe were never shown the new oneWhen we picked the unit up we discovered that the right taillight and a piece of wheel trim over the right side tires were falling off, there was a bent jack pin and the water, grey and black tanks were not emptyThe service people at first gave me a hard time about fixing the unit They eventually gave in and allegedly fixed everything I fou

when we bought a Jayflight trailer it had damage on the outsideThe dealer said they would come on site to repair the damaged skirt but months
no repair has been done after months they continue to give us the run around

This RV dealership put the wrong name on the RV titleThey are not respondingIf they do not fix it, it will cost me more than $10,to fix it
We Purchased an RV from this dealership in 8/We subsequently discovered they titled the RV into a non-existent trustBasically rendering this brand new RV non-sellableThey need to submit a title correction with the state because as a consumer, if I try and do it, it would be classified as a sale and subject to sales tax($175,x 6% = $10,500)
We have been getting the run around from the title manager Shannon for months nowAfter repeated promises to correct the problem, she has not stopped returning or answering phone callsWe have since reached out the the GM (Anthony) to try and get resolution to this issue and he has NEVER called us back or shown any interest in helping correct this dealerships mistake

Not a happy camper! We purchased a brand new Siesmic 5th Wheel toy hauler from Tampa RV as a place to stay in while we are waiting to be put into military housing We chose this unit because we were told that we could be waiting for up to years As a family of having looked at least campers, we liked the Seismic I emphasized during closing that I wanted the best warranty option available because of how much the unit costs, and everyone we know that has campers have told us they break down a lot The finance guy assured me we would be taken care of I also informed him that the unit would be setup on the military base, permanently until we move into housing, and he told me that they actually have service technicians that will come out and do any repairs onsite YAY! I thought this was awesome, until my unit started breaking down left and right I've called in several work orders over the past months Many of the items that I've requested to be repaired are still not repaired Tampa RV stated that I have a year warranty on this unit, but it just seems like they're riding out the time so I'll be stuck with a lemon that I'll have to start paying for old defects out of pocket
I have to say that Pablo is a very nice service tech and does his best to help out, but what the service department puts on his work orders has not been all inclusive of the services that I've requested Based off of this experience, I would definitely not recommend Tampa RV due to poor dispatching and expedient warranty repairs

I've bought many brand new RVs over the yearsThis was without a doubt, the WORST delivery I've ever experiencedIt starts when you're required to stand at the front desk and finish all of the paperworkWhatever happened to sitting someone at a desk? Then we get back to the coach, a Jayco Melbourne Prestige, and they are just finding out that the furnace and the radio won't work
This was on February 15thThey had our coach, all paid for, for a month, without getting it readyThen they LIE to us and tell us they are expediting the partsJayco didn't get the warranty request until the 21stNow it's the 27th and the parts haven't even been ordered yetJayco doesn't keep an inventory of parts so they have no idea of when we'll get it repaired
As of the 28th, this sorry dealership has NOT even ordered the parts yetHow sorry is that??
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE!!!

Customer service is terrible,once you purchase that's it they no longer care
