I am rejecting this response because: the tap Portugal paid me more as the Europe regulation euros for ticket because the $were only for the expenses and for the return flightI'm satisfied because they paid me in fullThank you

TAP is reviewing the passenger´s claim and has already contact the passenger directly Once we have reached a resolution as per DOT and Montreal Convention Regulations we will contact the passenger and the Revdex.com

Our TAP *** Program has confirmed that the miles promised to the passenger in the amount of 12,miles were credited to her TAP *** Account on 13OCT15. Thank you!

Complaint: ***I acknowledge receipt of the $received in the mail todayI, however, reject the subsequent paragraph made by TAP Portugal.Contrary to the claims of TAP Portugal, only one phone call was made by TAP Portugal to me and that was after I initiated a complaint with Revdex.comI was the one who had to call TAP Portugal multiple times PRIOR to submitting a complaint with Revdex.comI even had to make a follcall to TAP Portugal on Feb after they've agreed to send me a check as I didn't receive a check weeks after I finally spoke to someone in their NJ office (February 3)This could immediately be verified when they check their call logsAll the call logs with the exception of one phone call from NJ would show incoming calls to them, outgoing calls from meIt is to be noted that all the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and professional, both in the Lisbon Office and in New Jersey.The emails that TAP Portugal claims were sent to me were automatic emails from themThe email they cited dated Dec was from [email protected], an automated reply acknowledging receipt of my contact after I filled out their online web complaintOn Dec20, I received another email requesting for all the documentsI emailed a reply on Decattaching all the documents but did not receive any acknowledgmentI sent another email to their NJ contact in January immediately prior to submitting a complaintNo acknowledgement was received from this email either.While I am glad to have the matter resolved, I do take exception to the claims made by TAP Portugal as to how they handled this particular issue.

I am rejecting this response because:This Claim has not been resolved and no compensation gas been recievedThe business refused to compensate for the full cost of replacement luggage as requestedI provided reciepts and
they will not fully reimburseThey inly want to reimburse thier propsed estimate of the damaged bagThis is not acceptable because I had to replace the damaged bag and pay more money due to being overseasI am still requesting full reimbursement

I am rejecting this response because:I issued my complaint to the airline more than one month ago, they said the will respond to me but, when? Meanwhile I paid already for a service I did not received.

After several back and forth with TAP Portugal, I was told that the only way to settle the issue was for me to open a frequent flyer membership with TAP and they
would have credited 12,miles on it.I was already not very happy of the solution provided but acceptedWhen I checked a week later, the miles had not been credited yet on the accountI checked again days later and still nothingI feel they are not taking the matter seriously and therefore, at this point, I demand I different settlement in the form of $for making my transatlantic trip very uncomfortable
