I have read the response to Ms***'s complaint Part of the terms and conditions of her transaction, Ms [redacted] was responsible for the remaining payments on her existing lease Since she, chose not to make the remaining payments herself, those payments were rolled onto the purchase of her new automobile Again, Ms [redacted] was legally and financially responsible for not only the remaining payments, all damages to her vehicle that was turned in Finally, even though trading her vehicle may have been the beginning objective, the final result in her best interest, was not to trade Which is what she had to have agreed to, because she signed for

CUSTOMER HAD TIRES PUT ON MAY 5,CUSTOMER CALLED IN AUGUST STATING TIRES WERE PUT ON INSIDE OUTCUSTOMER BROUGHT VEHICLE BACK TO SHOP 8/21/VERIFIED TIRES WERE MOUNTED WITH INSIDE OUTCONTACTED GOODYEAR TIRE MANUFACTURE AND EXPLAINED CUSTOMERS CONCERN OF TIRE DAMAGE AND EXCESS WEAR DUE TO INCORRECT MOUNTINGI WAS ADVISED BY GOODYEAR MANUFACTURE THAT THIS WOULD NOT CAUSE PREMATURE WEAR IT WOULD ONLY DIRECT WATER UNDER VEHICLE INSTEAD OF AWAY FROM VEHICLE LIKE DESIGNEDI GAVE CUSTOMER GOODYEAR MANUFACTURE NUMBER SO THEY COULD VERIFY WHAT I WAS TOLDTHE CUSTOMER AGREED THAT GOODYEAR HAD TOLD THEM THE SAME THINGTHE CUSTOMER WAS GIVEN DOLLAR REFUND FOR DIAGNOSTICS CHARGED WHILE CHECKING HER SUSPENSIONSTATED THAT WE HAD TOLD HER THINGS THAT THINGS WE TOLD HER NEEDED REPLACED DID NOT ACTUALLY NEED REPLACEDIN GOODWILL FOR CUSTOMER DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE WAS REIMBURSED AND A FREE ALIGNMENT WAS GIVEN TO CUSTOMERWHEN PERFORMING ALIGNMENT ALL THE PARTS WE HAD RECOMMENDED ON SUSPENSION DIAGNOSTICS HAD IN FACT BEEN CHANGED BY AN OTHER SOURCEI AM NOT OFFERING CUSTOMER ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE.THANK YOU

Neither I nor any of my sales managers have heard from Mr[redacted] since his purchase here at the dealershipIn regards to the $difference between what we gave him for his trade and what we told him it was worthWe told the customer that that was a miscommunication and that we would write him a check back for the $in differenceWhich we have doneIn regards to the warranty, if in fact he is not interested in having the vehicle covered by warranty he can most certainly cancel the warrantyThat money will be applied to his balance owed on his vehicle at the time of cancellationMr[redacted] did not sign the title for the vehicle that he traded in because we have every customer sign a Power of Attorney so there for there is no need for the customer to sign the title itselfThe reason that Harry S [redacted] did not have contractors look at the bumper on the Tahoe is because he and the customer Mr [redacted] had agreed that at the price they agreed to, andy mohr chevrolet would not be paying for the bumper to be fixedLastly the Security Registration is in the amount of $not $as previously stated by Mr.***In regards to that fee, we would be more than happy to refund that fee to the customerAgain, this all could have been resolved in store if the customer would have contacted my management team, I have complete faith that any of my sales managers could have resolved this problem for you Thank You

It has been six months since her purchase date, so we won't be able to change her paperworkWe would be willing to help with the price of the repairs by reducing the cost of labor and parts

To whom it may concern,Mrs*** came to the dealership on February 2, and purchased a car under here own free will The vehicle was purchased with no warranty or guarantees She came back to the dealership two weeks later on February 16, and complained that the vehicle died at an intersection Even though the vehicle was sold with no warranty or guarantees, we offered to check to vehicle to see what might be wrong with it The vehicle started fine and ran fine There were no computer codes showing and we could not get any issues to duplicate However, we did not stop there, we sent the vehicle to our ford store thinking they might be able to find something because the vehicle is a Ford make Our Ford store could not find anything wrong with the vehicle We have done everything we can to address the issue of the vehicle dying at an intersection We are willing to re-inspect the vehicle if it dies again However, there is nothing else we can do at this time to rectify the said issueSince the issue occurred, Mrs*** has made a scene in our showroom yelling and using profane language She cursed at several of our managers even telling one that they need to commit suicide We have complied with our legal obligations related to this vehicle purchase and there is nothing else we can do

We are more than willing to help, but we are finding out about issues five months after the factWe don't have any way to verify these things were wrong at the time of the purchaseWe will be willing to sell the parts at our cost and the labor a fleet rate of $an hour

The buyers order was sent to her credit union with the specific notation that we were allowing the customer $for trade on her auto. We requested the appropriate amount due with the clear and free title to the trade. We were under the impression that the customer's credit union would
role the final amount due on her trade in into the new loan and the loan amount would be the amount due the dealership and the exact payoff due on her vehicle. We never received any other notice from the credit union that we need to send the payoff to them and include this new amount into the current deal. We have suggested that the customer redo her loan at her credit union for the additional amount needed to payoff her previous loan and get the title sent to us as soon as possible. Please see the attached buyers order that we faxed to her credit union and she also received a copy of the form signed by the customer

CORROSIONBATTERY ACID WEAKENS CONNECTORSCUSTOMER IS CORRECT ON BRAKESSHE WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED BRAKES LAST VISIT AND DECLINED REPAIRSTHIS TRIP LUBE TECHS HAD MISCOMMUNICATION AND MARKED INSPECTION INCORRECTLYMRS *** DOES IN FACT NEED BRAKESSHE WAS OFFERED IF SHE BOUGHT PADS ANDY MORH CHEVROLET WILL TAKE CARE OF LABORANDY MOHR CHEVROLET WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY REPAIRS PERFORMED ELSEWHERE
