Good morning My name is Eugene K*** ***, sales manager from Andy Mohr Chevrolet Though I personally, was not involved in the transaction, I listened to her complaint and through my investigation this is what I had found.The only financing that could be obtained wouldn't allow
***'s current vehicle to be traded in with the amount of negative equity to rolled over onto her new loan due to her credit Second, as opposed to not being able to help her at all, our finance manager explained, that remaining lease payments would be be paid by Andy Mohr Chevrolet Under the guidelines provided by the lender, her remaining lease payments were to be settled and the only optionwas for her lease to be turned in The terms and conditions of her previous lease, as stated in the contract that the borrower is responsible for all wear, and damages, in addition to mileage overages vehicle upon its return The inspection, was performed independent ofAndy Mohr Chevrolet The amount that Ms*** is requesting is for damages that she in turn is responsible due to stipulations set in her previous contract

Incorrect. One of the many issues with the truck has been fixed. Again, no issues were provided at the time of purchase except there are no problems with the truck. Your service department has the list from last week again NON of which happened in the two weeks we had the truck in our possession. So has I said before... to you intialaly. I would be fine with you correcting the problems at no expense to me and warranting the work so I know it was done correctly. We both know I am not asking for to much or out of bounds by any means. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Make things right... period.

The repairs should be covered in full, as these are issues that would have been found if an appropriate inspection was done prior to offering the vehicle for purchase. I was not informed when I signed the paperwork that the car was not ready for sale on the day that I signed. There was a factory recall issue "repaired" between the time that I signed the paperwork and the time I was able to drive it off of the lot. I was not informed of this until after the paperwork was signed, and was not given an opportunity to test drive the car before leaving the lot. When I drove off, the car was shaking abnormally and the salesman told me to just drive for a while to see if it stopped. When the air issue came up within the next couple of days and the check engine light came on, I was told that I could bring it in for repairs at my own expense.

Mrs. [redacted] bought a vehicle from us on February 2, 2016.  She brought the vehicle back two weeks later stating that the vehicle died at an intersection.  We inspected the vehicle at the chevy dealership and did not find anything wrong.  Because the vehicle is a mercury which is part...

of Ford, we sent it accross the street to our ford store to see if their computers could detect any problems.  They inspected the vehicle and could not find any problems.  We advised Mrs. [redacted] that we could not find anything wrong with her car and she could come pick it up.  She refused to pick up her vehicle.

the remaining balance was put on my new loan, so I am paying for those as I stated in my previous response. This is not in question, nor is my credit report and the other things you are pointing out to avoid addressing the complaint. You are a licensed Chevy GM dealer. If I walk into your establishment and ask you to do something that is a reasonable request, and you state you can do it, you should be held to that verbal commitment. It was not in my best interest to trade as it worked out, which again is not relevant to the complaint. It would have been in my best interest if your company would have done what you told me you would do. I will begin by stating that I would not have reached out the the Revdex.com nor would I have made any false claims had I not tried all options to cure this at the lowest level! With that said, the promised balance of the trade-in was tendered. I never implied that it was not agreed upon! I only listed that amount as a complete total. Secondly, I did reach out to the Andy Mohr Gen Mgr [see attached e-mail] dated Oct 16, 2016. Thirdly, the amount for the ESC/SECURITY REGISTRATION is plainly listed as $2299.00. Fourth, I would be irresponsible to not have my Tahoe covered, and I never implied that I didn't. Who ever the person is that replied to my complaint, by ended with "This all could have been handled, if I only contacted them" I did! In addition to calling the dealership number!  Follow up with a resolve, in "Good Faith" to cure this matter! [redacted]

I have read the response to Ms. [redacted]'s  complaint.  Part of the terms and conditions of her transaction, Ms. [redacted] was responsible for the remaining payments on her existing lease.  Since she, chose not to make the remaining payments herself, those payments were rolled onto the purchase of her new automobile.  Again, Ms [redacted] was legally and financially responsible for not only the remaining payments,  all damages to her vehicle that was turned in.  Finally, even though trading her vehicle may have been the beginning objective, the final result in her best interest, was not to trade.  Which is what she had to have agreed to, because she signed for.

The response provided by Andy Mohr's sales manager is inaccurate. They did not pay the remaining payments on my lease. Those payments were added to the loan, so I am paying that amount.
Furthermore, Eugene does not address the verbal commitment from the sales rep, Cale, that the loan would be worked out where damages or other fees would not be charged. As I have stated previously, I would not have purchased a car from Andy Mohr if this was not something that they were able to do.
Also, when customers trade vehicles for new leases or loans, particularly with the same financing company/parent company, it is standard practice that fees are waived. It is not as though I was asking them to do something that is never done or impossible to be done.
They stated they could do it. I bought a car from them, based on this promise. After the fact, they informed me they did not do what they said they would and they would not correct their bad business practice.

Neither I nor any of my sales managers have heard from Mr.[redacted] since his purchase here at the dealership. In regards to the $250 difference between what we gave him for his trade and what we told him it was worth. We told the customer that that was a miscommunication and that we would write him a...

check back for the $250 in difference. Which we have done. In regards to the warranty, if in fact he is not interested in having the vehicle covered by warranty he can most certainly cancel the warranty. That money will be applied to his balance owed on his vehicle at the time of cancellation. Mr.[redacted] did not sign the title for the vehicle that he traded in because we have every customer sign a Power of Attorney so there for there is no need for the customer to sign the title itself. The reason that Harry S[redacted] did not have contractors look at the bumper on the Tahoe is because he and the customer Mr. [redacted] had agreed that at the price they agreed to, andy mohr chevrolet would not be paying for the bumper to be fixed. Lastly the Security Registration is in the amount of $299 not $2299 as previously stated by Mr.[redacted]. In regards to that fee, we would be more than happy to refund that fee to the customer. Again, this all could have been resolved in store if the customer would have contacted my management team, I have complete faith that any of my sales managers could have resolved this problem for you.  Thank You

MR. [redacted] WAS TOLD WE NEEDED RECIEPTS TO TURN INTO OUR INSURANCE. WE WERE WAITING ON HIM TO TURN IN RECIEPTS. HE TURNED IN A RECIEPT FOR HIS PHONE AND WAS PAID ON THE SAME DAY HE TURNED IT IN. THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND WAS 578.98 WHICH WAS FOR THE PHONE AND HEADPHONES THAT HE DID NOT HAVE RECIEPT...

FOR.  THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM ANDY MOHR CHEVROLET REGARDING THIS MATTER.

The problems that Mrs. [redacted] has had with her truck have been covered by her warranty. We put her in a brand new Chevy, as a loaner, while her car was being worked on, at no extra charge to her. We have had 2 trucks we could trade her into and she was not interested. At this point we feel we have been more than helpful in her situation.

Mr. M[redacted] had an opportunity to purchase the vehicle the Saturday that he was here.  He elected not to sign any paperwork because he had to think about it.  We do not hold vehicles or take deposits on vehicles.  With all of that being said we would love to earn his business and get...

CUSTOMER HAD TIRES PUT ON MAY 5,2014. CUSTOMER CALLED IN AUGUST 2017 STATING TIRES WERE PUT ON INSIDE OUT. CUSTOMER BROUGHT VEHICLE BACK TO SHOP 8/21/2017. VERIFIED TIRES WERE MOUNTED WITH INSIDE OUT. CONTACTED GOODYEAR TIRE MANUFACTURE AND EXPLAINED CUSTOMERS CONCERN OF TIRE DAMAGE AND EXCESS WEAR...

DUE TO INCORRECT MOUNTING. I WAS ADVISED BY GOODYEAR MANUFACTURE THAT THIS WOULD NOT CAUSE PREMATURE WEAR IT WOULD ONLY DIRECT WATER UNDER VEHICLE INSTEAD OF AWAY FROM VEHICLE LIKE DESIGNED. I GAVE CUSTOMER GOODYEAR MANUFACTURE NUMBER SO THEY COULD VERIFY WHAT I WAS TOLD. THE CUSTOMER AGREED THAT GOODYEAR HAD TOLD THEM THE SAME THING. THE CUSTOMER WAS GIVEN 100 DOLLAR REFUND FOR DIAGNOSTICS CHARGED WHILE CHECKING HER SUSPENSION. STATED THAT WE HAD TOLD HER THINGS THAT THINGS WE TOLD HER NEEDED REPLACED DID NOT ACTUALLY NEED REPLACED. IN GOODWILL FOR CUSTOMER DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE WAS REIMBURSED AND A FREE ALIGNMENT WAS GIVEN TO CUSTOMER. WHEN PERFORMING ALIGNMENT ALL THE PARTS WE HAD RECOMMENDED ON SUSPENSION DIAGNOSTICS HAD IN FACT BEEN CHANGED BY AN OTHER SOURCE. I AM NOT OFFERING CUSTOMER ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE.THANK YOU
