was the right choice, Mr. [redacted] reached out to me. When I returned hiscall on 7 /10/15 he decided to enroll in the Cracking the Physician Code course. I offered toapply the $197 he had already paid towards the tuition of $897. I also told him that I offered a30-day unconditional guarantee. Here is my email to himWhen we were three quarters of the way through the course-beyond the 30-dayguarantee period- Mr. R[redacted] informed me that he decided to leave the financialservices industry. He requested a $700 refund.After consideration here is my response to him:[redacted],I have been thinking about your request.
