The mice shown in the photo provided to us are models that were both discontinued over six years ago.  Per our warranty statement, we would require proof of purchase in order to be able to exchange the product.

Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse for the cost of shipping the product to us for replacement.  Per our warranty policy, the customer is responsible for this cost.  We do apologize for any inconvenience.
