I had a 24x30x8 building installed with concrete. I am very pleased. The concrete guys were excellent and the building crew led by Steve were awesome. Everyone was very reliable and fast. The only problem I had was the ridge cap was not originally sent out but Steve came in 2 days and installed it in the rain. Also, Jasmine who works in the office was awesome to work with. I would definitely use these guys again!

I was contacted by Ms*** via phone on Friday June 24th regarding two buildings she was interested in purchasingI gave her a verbal quote over the phone and after she realized she wanted vertical roof on both buildingsI explained to Ms*** that we required a $deposit on
both buildings for a total of $I also explained that this was non refundable and she agreed and gave me verbal permission over the phone and I then ran her card for the above mentioned amountI then wrote up a formal contract and send out to Ms***.I never heard anything back from Ms*** until the first part of September when she contacted me stating the contract didn't reflect our earlier conversationAt that point I reminded Ms*** that she had wanted to purchase vertical roof for both buildings and that was the difference in priceShe then decided she did not want to proceed with purchase and demanded a refundI again reminded Ms*** of our nonrefundable deposit policy.She then told me she never authorized me to debit her account initiallyI told Ms*** she indeed did authorize the debit how else would I get her card infoMs*** called back on 10-25-at that point I told her we would refund her $of the $deposit (minus the data processing fee)She refused our offer and said we would be hearing from her attorneyHowever since then I have left her several messages trying to give Ms*** a full refund and as of today she hasn't returned my callWe can't refund any money without her card number being as we do not keep and card info of our customers

WE HAVE SPOKEN TO THE INSTALLER ABOUT REPLACING THE WINDOW AND HE TOLD US HE WOULD DEFINITLY BE THERE SATURDAY 1-28-AND REPLACE THE DAMAGED WINDOWTHANK FRANK

*** *** *** contacted our company about erecting three garages two of which they signed contracts on 07/14/and the other on 07/20/at that time the customer was advised of our time frame and I have enclosed emails which prove thatAlso in the contract it does state it is not
binding due to weather and they initialed that was wellI also attached a copy of that as well for referenceIt is not possible to erect these three buildings in two weeks however we will get them within the original time frame of 8-weeksIt's only been six weeks for two of them and five weeks for the other per deposit dateWeather is a huge factor in our business with construction being outdoors

The installer has contacted the customer and has him scheduled to do the repair on Sunday 1-15-This was the first time the customer would be available this week

The customers grading has been fixed

WE SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER ON 8/15/WE GAVE THE REPAIR TO THE INSTALLER AND THE INSTALLER CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER ON 8/23/AND SCHEDULED TO GO DO THE REAPIR ON FRIDAY 8/25/THE CUSTOMER DOES HAVE A ONE YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRENTY AND HAS A YEAR RUST THROUGH WARRENTY ON THE METAL

Mr*** contacted our company on 5-23-regarding some repairs that needed done to his buildingHe was advised then we would need some pictures to assure we would have what we needed before our contractor made the hr trip to do the repairsWe didn't receive the pictures until 6-22-No
where in Mr***'s contract does it say he has a yr warranty on his building we offer a yr rust through on the sheeting through our company and a yr workmenship warranty through our company as wellI've attached the signed contract stating this which Mr*** signedWe have ordered all materials needed to make the repairs and have already scheduled an appointment to have the guys come out to do the work and Mr*** was aware of this before making the complaintWe are going out on Tuesday July 18,

When the building was sold we were under the impression that the building was going to the house gable to gable and when the guys arrived to the job with the building it was eve to gable which would require more labor in order to install a building that wayThe installers that went didn't have
enough help to install the building due to you had to stand the building and then push it against the houseSthe installers were going to have to hire more help in order to construct the building the way the customer wanted it so that is where the extra money they were wanting the customer to pay came fromThe customer agreed to the extra pay at that timeOn 1-2-the installers were minsfrom the customers house when the customer told Jessica that it was too muddy for them to work and he didn't want mud on his building or concreteJessica called the installers and they turned around and came backJessica also told the customer to contact us when the land was dry and we would get the installers scheduled to come back up there and install the buildingOn 1-6-the customer called Tarheel Metal Structures upset wanting to know why the installers was not there putting up his buildingWe informed the customer that he was supposed to call us when he was dry and we would reschedule the installers that they were out putting up another buildingThe customer at that point said that he never said it was muddy at his house and he wanted them there then to install his buildingWe explained to the customer again that they were out putting up another building and that we would get him scheduled the following we asapWe called the customer on 1-10-to see if he was okay for them to come on 1-11-and install his building due to there was snow on the ground and they were going to get the concrete muddyHe stated he was okay with them installing the building so we scheduled them for 1-11-The installers went to the customers home on that day and installed the building and didn't not charge him the extra money for labor

I do not agree with the company stating they are trying to resolve the issues with our building in a timely manner, over 3 months is not in my opinion a timely manner when you have been paid in full for the job. But I will say they did finally show up this past Saturday with correct color of metal and did fix metal panel that had screw holes and had been pieced together. They did caulk around window and roof where it was leaking. However, until it rains again I will not know for sure if the problem is fixed. The installers did say they would come back if the leak was still present next time it rained. So at this time based on uncertainty of a leak and the time it has taken to get to this point, I am not comfortable saying I am satisfied yet. Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because:  We will be glad to response Monday January 16, but Tarheel Metal Structures has not even contacted us about when they are coming to do the repairs, and even if Sunday would be OK with us.  I do Not like the idea of them working on Sunday here at my home, but to get the work completed it will be OK with Me.  But it would be nice for Tarheel to contact us that they will be here Sunday to resolve the issues.  We Called Tarheel this morning and they have not called us back yet.

We have ordered a new sheet on 5/23/17 for the roof of the building to fix the roof leak. We will be there as soon as the sheet comes in which should be Friday 5/26/17.

I am rejecting this response because:  First of all I never seen a company tell so many lies because they were caught in the wrong.  If they were to look at their diagram, they would see that the picture shows eve to gable with a door in the back. The first installers said they didn't have a diagram, and they lacked the experience to do the garage. The garage was promised before Christmas, I talked to installers and they said they would be back the Monday after Christmas. They said they were 20 mins away, but instead he said he was taking his family shopping. Next they start telling me about the floor and side metal would be muddy, and I said I have a hose and you can wash the mud off, (no response). It looked like they were going to keep my $5734.00, and I said I would pay the extra money they were asking to keep from losing all the money, but still no building. Then one of installers said that the pad was too close to the house and they needed another crew that was experienced, but still no building. So finally, after I filed a claim with Revdex.com,  I got a call on 1/10/17, and they came out on the 1/12/17, and put up the muddy floor and building they promised. They came and left all their trash, didn't cleanup (not extra metal or cut offs).  I will never used them again, but I thought they were okay because I had used them before.  They did to me the same way I read about  in the complaint online, this is not their first rodeo.  From the beginning they set out to rip me off, because the diagram in the contract is the building they left out here, but their people didn't bring any paperwork with them to go by, so they made the mistakes.  With the experience I've had with them, please use [redacted] next time.  What a bad experience, never again, I had to fight, because I couldn't give them my money for the lies they were telling.
