We were contacted by the installer the week of August 3, 2015 and were told that they could not make it out to our location on Friday, August 7, 2015 which was their intention at the time, but would be here on the following Monday which was August 10, 2015. The installer never showed up or called with an explanation or reschedule date.

The installer was in the area on August 10th,2015. The installer made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] with no success the week of August 10th,2015. The home office also made attempts to reach Mr. [redacted] with no success.The home office has put in three calls this morning (08-17-2015) to reach Mr. [redacted] again with no success. We here at Tarheel Metal Structures are trying to clear this matter up with Mr. [redacted] but are having a very hard time making contact with him at this time. Again, we want to clear this matter up in a timely and professional manner just waiting on Mr. [redacted] to give us a good time to do so.

I have attached the concrete contract from my concrete scheduler showing the dates where he had scheduled the concrete subs to go out there. But as I stated in the first response the 8 to 12 weeks was just an estimation on completion on the building. This is construction that takes place outside and we cannot control the weather. We have the customer assigned to and installer now as of 9/26/17 and they should have his building put up by the end of this week or first of next week.

WE HAVE AN INSTALLER GOING OUT TO TOMORROW 8/30/17 TO REAPIR THE CUSTOMERS BUILDING.

We've got with the installers and their going out this week to do all repairs needed and will be finished no later than the end of the week.

We will have someone up to the customers home within the next two weeks weather permitting to have a drain with grate installed in the concrete between the extra pad and the building. This should take care of any water trying to come into the building.

WE HAVE AN INSTALLER THAT IS GOING TO BE IN THE AREA ON THURSDAY AND GOING TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE THEN FOR THIS CUSTOMER.

THE INSTALLER CALLED THE CUSTOMER AT 4AM ON 8/25/17 AND TOLD HIM THAT HE WASNT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. THE OFFICE TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER ON 8/30/17 AND THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE DIDNT WANT THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER BACK ON HIS PROPERTY SO WE EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANOTHER INSTALLER AND WORK ON GETTING THEM SCHEDULED TO COME OUT TO REPAIR THE BUILDING AND THAT COULD TAKE A FEW DAYS. THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE WAS FINE WITH THAT AS LONG AS IT WASNT THE ORIGINL INSTALLER.

I simply want what they promised and what we paid for. I am tired of Jeff not responding to us. He is a terrible manager and a liar.

WE HAVE A CONCRETE SUB CONTRACTOR GOING BY THERE TODAY 8/31/17 TO GET THE CONCRETE REPAIRED.

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't know who they are talking about the first time they finally came out to pour cement they poured it because they said the pad was great.  I think they are trying to cover themselves because nothing has to be done with the pad and it was ready and had been done long enough that it had been packed really good. If it had rained as much as they say we would have had to build an ark by now.

We are in the process of working with the customer to get to issue resolved for him. We have contacted the customer on several different occasions with different options on ways to fix his issues and he has turned down every option we have came up with. We are still working on things we can do.

[redacted] put a deposit down on a building on 6/14/17 and at that time was told our time frame was 8 to 12 weeks weather permitting. On our contract that Mr. [redacted] signed it states that it is not binding contract due to weather but also there nowhere on his contract that says a time frame. On...

8/10/17 the concrete scheduler call Mr. [redacted] to schedule the pouring of his concrete pad and didn't get an answer so he left a message. The customer called back and got scheduled for 8/11/17. The concrete sub-contractors drive out to the customers home to do the concrete pad and the customer didn't purchase grading from us to get the ground level. He said he would do it himself. On 8/11/17 the concrete sub-contractors checked the grading before forming the pad and it was out of level so they had to leave and we had to reschedule with the customer so that he could fix the grade. On 8/14/17 our concrete sub-contractors went back out to the customers home to form and pour the pad because the customer stated that he had the grade fixed. When they arrived they checked the grade again and it was still wrong so they had to leave again so the customer could fix the grade. On 8/28/17 the concrete sub-contractors went back out to the customers home and on that day was able to form and pour the concrete pad. So as of today we are at 14 weeks but we had to wait 2 weeks for the customer to get the grade right so that we could pour the concrete pad and weather plays a huge factor in doing any kind of construction outside so that is why our contract states that it is not binding due to weather. We are doing our best to get Mr. [redacted] scheduled for the next 2 weeks.
